    I was wondering about the zoning for this house it wouldn’t be zoned for agriculture with it? Because that back lot area looks like you could put cattle on it.

      Because Naples’ and pretty much all of SW Florida’s housing market is a joke. Way overpriced. These houses aren’t worth what they’re asking. Especially when insurance rates are triple and quadruple what others are. Is this what you imagine when you think of a 1.5 million dollar house? Not me.

All this craziness in prices started with COVID-19, many from the North moved to Florida looking for freedom, thus driving prices way, way up. I think that reality is starting to show and either they drop those inflated numbers or won't sell the properties for some time, if they are sold at all.

      @@invictus9976 exactly. Don’t know how long this bubble is going to last but there will be a collapse. Middle class is being pushed out by price. What happens when the ones working here can’t afford it any longer? Low wages and high cost of living doesn’t work very well. Naples is a retirement community but it needs the working class to thrive.

Case in point, I am looking, ready and willing to buy a house in that area, and yet, after getting your answer, I still don't know it, and have to go through an extra step in order to get it. I'm not trying to be rude, not at all, but I can't see the need for all this back and forth. I'm sure you know what you are doing, just giving my two cents. Lol

      Thank you for your input. When I started our channel three years ago we had a lot of issues and unhappy subscribers because of the price. At that time the prices were increasing dally and when some saw an older video and the price increased they were very upset. It happens a lot that I had to take the videos off the channel. Now is the opposite the prices are going down and the sellers and other agents want the property with the right price or they want me to take it off the channel. So I came up with Barcode and link on the description. The link provides lots of the property information and show prices reduction or increase.
      I agree with you it would be better just to say the price but it causes lots of phone calls of unhappy people.

    Climate change and rising sea levels will make properties in low lying areas and coastal areas impossible to insure. Banks will be reluctant to give a mortgage for 15 or 30 years because the property may be under water. Selling properties to average buyers will become impossible in the future as banks and mortgage companies stop making loans for these properties. Florida is a high risk state for insurance and extreme weather like hurricanes. People will have to self insure and take the risk of loss. Condo associations are losing their insurance and if they find a new higher cost policy they will be passing on the higher costs to association members. Flooded cars from Florida hurricanes were filling the salvage lots. Insurance companies will raise rates and pass on the costs and risks to policy holders next year.

      I've been around for quite a while....
      In the 70s, it was acid rain, we had ten years to stop all the pollution or the acid rain would destroy all the crops and there would be massive starvation. All backed by science of course, didn't happen.
      In the 80s, it was global cooling on the face of Time Magazine. Because of pollution, we had 10 years before the next ice age was coming.It would destroy the crops, there would be massive starvation all backed by science, didn't happen.
      Then of course in the 90s, we had global warming and all of Al Gore's failed predictions.
      The coast of Florida would be flooded, the oceans would rise, changes in the climate causing massive starvation ,we only have 10 years left, backed by science of course, never happened.
      Now we have a scientific term that is so broad that is impossible to make a bad prediction ,climate change.
      Same play, different scene, climate changes causing droughts and flooding, massive starvation, we only have 10 years left, all backed by science........
      Progressive globalist don't care about climate change because they don't believe it.
      They just want you to believe it.
      If they really believed it, they wouldn't take their private jets, they wouldn't buy coastal mansions.
      Globalist only want three things,
      to control the food,
      to control currency,
      and to control you.
      No, I'm afraid this is where I get off.
      I'm proud to say that I'm no longer a believer in the religion called climate change....... it requires me to have way too much faith.
