It depends on many conditions, and first of all on society: there will be people who will abuse freedom to the detriment of the rest of society, there will be people who will control the free masses for their own personal gain, and if there are no rules, where is the guarantee that any group of people will not start oppressing/ enslaving others? This is my personal opinion, but I believe that society is not capable of anarchy currently and is unlikely to ever be capable of it.
