I think most people don't realize how much you're capable of because most people have never worked out hard with a good diet and controlling their alcohol intake.
I'm one of those guys we're I usually work out for 3-6 months of every year. Kevin levrone used to do that and I decided to give it a shot, fell in love with it. If you think Jensen can't make that transformation he made in six months without the use of PEDs, well then honestly I think you probably are one of those guys who benched from 18-21 and think because you saw zero gains that's what it's like for everyone. It's not. People who train hard can achieve an incredible amount.

I've totally not devoted most of my time over the last 5 years to work out, and nutrition. Doesnt matter on my opinion, I just dont appreciate like this guy said "getting shredded in 3 months off chicken" giving people false hope, when to attain a physiqe like that it will take a year, now genetics have a role obvisolouy, horomones, eating ,sleep. But you really forgot something, this man he is 44 years old the amount of test in him is lower way than a teenager. Even for a teenager to get big like that it would take a year of hard work for 90% most. Its possible to get bigger in 6 months but his physique is top probably top 1% in 6 months. much more happier. When he was still in his early 30s he passed on some roles and opportunities that could have sky rocketed his career had spn ended at season 5 like it was initially was planned, but he gave it up to
keep the show alive. But it’s great to see that those doors of opportunities didn’t shut on him after all. After 15 years of spn, he is still out there killing it and his career is still deemed relevant to Hollywood.

It's actually baffling how Jensen isn't one of the most renowned and sought-after actors in the world. He made such a mark on The Boys with only (roughly) 13 minutes of screentime, which is a true testament to how much of a powerhouse he is. He's got some of the best looks, charisma and acting chops in the business.

Poor Jensen thought he was going to get props for bulking up and just got teased 😂.
In other interviews, he clarified that he asked the costume designer if she would add some muscles to the suit and she told him to bring his own muscles. He took it as a personal challenge and started working out unbeknownst to Kripke and the other show-runners, thinking they'd be impressed. Fast-forward to the start of shooting and instead of a pat on the back, he got tons of good-natured ribbing for putting so much effort into putting on some muscle 😋
