Cops Pull over Street Legal SXS on Long Island, New York

While out on a 90 mile trip on County Road 48 (Sound Avenue) in Southold, NY on Long Island watch one of our FB Group Moderators, Jeff LaFlair as he is pulled over and questioned by a curious Southold Police Officer. The officer handled the roadside stop as it should be handled by all LEO’s. Well done!

For all of you that think it’s illegal to drive a Montana Registered side by side in the state of New York, I am providing a link to the New York State Reciprocity statute which clearly states that are in vehicle owned by a non-resident, which your side-by-side would be if registered in Montana as it is set up and owned by an LLC created for you and you would be the managing member of that LLC, you can absolutely drive it on any roadway in the state of New York and any other state as far as that goes.
