I have a new S1H an just up grated the soft wear . I got as far as you change the settings for the video or mov gain operation to angle /ISO. After that you can NOT CHANGE the angle as you stated!!!!!!!!! so you have an old S1H or yours is not updated or You are not showing an stating an important step.

How come I can’t change my angle to 180 degrees when I try to turn the wheel on the top right it does nothing.
Yo have so many more options for video quality that I do.
You have to have a full frame lens. As for the shutter angle, you have to go into the settings and change it
