Indeed, however they are still pretty crappy! Plus I really wanted a better esthetic look with performance! Thanks for checking it out and have a good one!
Thank you for the comment! Im loving this little as much as my big ones and now with the weight balance, its crawling even better! You will have a blast! Stay tuned as my 1st 24th scale crawler course video hits in just a couple days! Have a great day!
Hey there Nathan! I dont have the part numbers for these only what I described in the video so my apologize! Great question though and I will try and provide those details in the future! Thank you for checking out the channel!
MIP’s .050 are the best buy at once, for six years now still ain’t never stripped a screw. I have them for all my 1/10 scale just picked up the .050 appreciate you sharing love learning new things, I did just subscribe follow for more till next time peace and chicken grease 😁👍👍
@@biggbhobbies He's right, I went and spent the stupid money they want for them ( canada) and every swrew that i thought was bad was actually good and my allens were just worn out!
Those shocks are also crap, get the injora oil filled ones or get double barrels and change the springs for the stock springs The wheels ate a great swap I'd also recommend the brass diff covers and the brass steering knuckles One thing you'll definitely need is a metal steering link
Yeah me too I did the same thing to both of my Broncos switch the wires around rather have headlights on all the time and turn the bumper lights on and off which now turns my tail lights also on and off
Ive added upgraded steering linkage but still need a upgraded server. Surprisingly, the stock servo is still moving along great but an upgrade is on the list for sure! Have a great one and thanks for checking out the channel!
I bought some injora shocks like those for my scx24 to atv build and they are much better though the top stiffness springs are way overkill even with an action figure on top. I had to assemble the shocks though which was an exercise in fine motor skills.
I saw a later video and it looks like you need to put the softer springs in those shocks cause you're not getting the flex you need. just for some ideas you can watch 2fmrc, Miguel Cortez, ccxrc, upper left Rc, and my favorite channel is cape crawlers! I have a channel but I'm not very big and don't have the money to do much, but I work with what I can!
Yeah awesome you could use serial boxes to make the hills once you spray with the foam you wouldn’t see the boxes, that’s what a friend of mine used turned out awesome. A little rope bridge are pretty cool obstacle. Can’t wait to see what you do with your course I’ll be watching for 👍👍😎 until next time peace and chicken grease 👍👍😁
Very cool where did you get the APS tires and SSD wheels from? On the lights I put a Y harness very small one to connect head lights and running lights together which means you can turn them off as well but now both sets go on off and flash together! 👍
Yeah the Hot racing shocks work great I have them on my white Jeep first 1/24 scale I bought then the gladiator also the red deadbolt don’t run that one much don’t know why, and now to the Broncos the red one and the gray one the gray one going to stay stock except steering servo and Bead lock rims and pro line Hyrax tires that’s where it’s staying but the red she’s over the top
I just picked up a bronco the other day and I am looking for wheels and tires but I don't onow what ones are the right size, I really like the rims you got so I might end up getting them but I do t know what tires to get. Edit: I'm also looking for shocks that are a bit longer than stock
Hey Anthony! So far so good. I havent had any issues with motor or anything yet due to the extra weight. Ive been running the truck alot but its been running great! Thanks for checking it out!
I have one of these and striped it down to the frame removed all the plastic parts and replaced it with metal shock s swing arms even metal wheels it's on bad ass rc truck
Hi there, excellent video and I appreciate all the details of the parts and what they weigh vs stock! On the shocks, I wanted to ask why you chose the hot racing compared to say Injora? There aren't many shock comparisons online for the Axial 1/24. Thank you again and looking forward to more videos!
Thanks for checking out the channel! No specific reason for the brand choice on this one. These just happen to be the ones I grabbed at the hobby shop that day. I do have some really nice Injora shocks that I will be introducing but that is on a custom build project that I havent released yet as I have many projects currently in the works for the channel. With that said, Im always changing things out from time to time as I like seeing differences in performance, looks, weight and such with all parts so I will eventually be changing these out again anyways! Have a great day!!!
Thanks for watching the vids! I grabbed these from my local hobby shop! Unfortunately, I didnt keep the part details before posting! I'll make sure to include these details in future vids!
I picked these up from my local Hobby Town! Didnt want to wait for shipping so headed to the hobby shop and they had these in stock! I really like how they look on the truck... Thanks for checking out the channel!
Hello sir, thank you for posting this video, I really like the mods you did I found links for machined diff covers that would help with weight. I can provide the link if you would like. Also, could you provide links for the shocks, wheels and tires please? Thank you, enjoyed the video 👍
Yes, and the new tires still have plenty of it! The stock tires are made of absolute garbage rubber and the wheels are plastic so that combo didnt do anything for the trucks climbing and traction! I needed the weight and grip in order to climb anything. The new tires are made of a nice compound rubber but still allows to flex but supports the vehicle correctly! Thanks for checking out the build!
Bro just subed to you man nice job on the rig bro love those rims....I got a channel I'm trying to get started i love these scx24s I have 6 2 18scale and 2 10 scale
If they wanted to make the bronco a hard body and not the jeeps... they should have gave the bronco ifs while they were at it js it woulda been cool if we had a hard body wrangler🤗
First of all, thanks for watching the vids! On the wheels and tires, I found them in my local hobby shop a while back even before I started filming for the channel so unfortunately I didnt think about recording the part numbers and such! Thats my bad but will make sure to provide those types of details in the future! If I come across them again in my hobby shop, I will make sure to snap a pic and post to help you out!
So far so good. Ive been using the truck alot since the upgrade and so far everything is still functioning great. I do plan on upgrading the motor and steering servo in the near future as well! Have a great one!
It's just a ford, Nothing works well with the ford name, look at the recalls they are having now with these pos broncos and it boils over into RC.... Hahaha truth!
being a kid of the 80s thats how we rolled when cruising the strip. Running lights or fogs at dusk and once it got darker the headlights came on.
Ordering this sane one asap. Will do upgrades for sure. And even more sooner or later. Great tip on the lights, way more logical this way!
Awesome! Have fun with it! It's one of my favorite scaled RC's for sure!!!
Wow that was great. I’m planning on doing the same with mine. Loved your ideas. And I can’t wait to see your new obstacle. So talented.
Thanks for checking out the channel! Ive really enjoyed the 24th scale build and hoping to add some more units to that category very soon!
just ordered 2 of these can wait to get them and do these upgrades
Just the video I was looking for, thanks!
Enjoy!
You can adjust the preload with the stock shocks as well. I know they aren't threaded but if you move them down the stopper will. Stay
Indeed, however they are still pretty crappy! Plus I really wanted a better esthetic look with performance! Thanks for checking it out and have a good one!
Just did the fog / headlight swap, waaaay better haha, thanks for that!
Nice work! Thanks for checking it out! I think its much better and a more realistic setup!
fog/headlight swap? Is it just adding lights to it?
the way the lights are factory is how a vehicle lights work fog lights can be turned on before head lights great video helped a lot
Im loving the new light setup! Thanks for stopping by the channel!
Your paint job is superior sir.
Great video. My bronco is showing up tomorrow and can’t wait! Keep up the great work.

Yeah me too I did the same thing to both of my Broncos switch the wires around rather have headlights on all the time and turn the bumper lights on and off which now turns my tail lights also on and off
Makes the most sense for me to have the headlights as primary!
I would add upgraded steering servo and metal steering links with the added weight and traction
Ive added upgraded steering linkage but still need a upgraded server. Surprisingly, the stock servo is still moving along great but an upgrade is on the list for sure! Have a great one and thanks for checking out the channel!
Back watching again, just got done 90% mofo brass parts on my red bronco, she is weighing in now 562.1 g haven’t really got to test out yet
Nice man! Welcome back... Wow, your rig's got some hips on it! LOL
I bought some injora shocks like those for my scx24 to atv build and they are much better though the top stiffness springs are way overkill even with an action figure on top. I had to assemble the shocks though which was an exercise in fine motor skills.
Thanks for this great detailed video! Very useful. Big sub!
Awesome, thank you! Glad it was helpful! Have a great 4th of July!
Yeah that’s what my Treal rims with the brass rings

Thanks, it made a huge difference on the climbing ability! Have a great day!
Really nice upgrades
Sick wheel and tire choice!
Thanks for checking it out!

Much thanks!!

Cool idea with the Y harness. Ill have to look into that! Thanks for checking it out! Have a great one!!!
@@biggbhobbies It works, although slicing together would work as well but with the Y you can always undo it easily! Enjoy and happy RC'ing!

Man, theres so many choices out there these days! Im sure youll find the right set that just clicks with your build! Good luck on the search buddy!
How has the extra wheel weight affected the moto or gears? Surely its gotta wear it down faster.
