I have been on a reality tv dog adoption show. We were buying the dog and we still have her, but many scenes were filmed about half a dozen times from different angles and with different cameras, there was only one cameraman and producer and only about 40% of the scenes they filmed went into the final product
It would have been so messed up if they were just straight up like "by the way here's these really cute dogs that you can play with and get to know but they're all sick so we're putting them down" or "look at these dogs that we're gonna allow you to get attached to let's just get this footage okay take them away" that would be straight up evil lol
@@JakNasty69 I know, what started all of this was we wanted a second dog, my mum found a nice dog online from a good company and they said “by the way, she’s the star of our new show, so you want to be on tv?” And the rest is history. The show circles around finding unwanted or stray dogs and finding new owners for them, our dog was found behind a shopping mall. She was initially called Joey but we’ve since renamed her Lexie. We’ve had her for over two years now.
Extreme Makeover Home Edition straight up made the lives of some of those people worse. Due to brand new additional costs due to various causes I.e. zoning laws or giving brand new pets to people that couldn't afford it. If you go on the channel's streaming site, they removed all the eps of families that were ruined by the makeovers
This is how you know rich people are detached from reality they literally built giant beautiful homes for these people not knowing (or caring) and expected these poor families (and yes I do mean poor in both senses, I know because I'm poor) to be able to pay for all the shit when they get the bills it's like they do it on purpose just to break people's spirits and show just how desperate humans can be it's like it wasn't even a reality show just some fucked up social experiment to take advantage of low income families and show that Americans are so desperate for a chance at a good life that they have to call reality shows just to do that instead of being able to rely on our leaders it's bullshit, wee need to fix our system
I remember watching Pimp My Ride on Video On Demand and they literally have an outtake of the contestant’s friends reacting to the new car during the credits!!!
Wait! The show was fake?! I had no idea! Although I remember watching it with my mother and she'd often say "there's no way they're in the ghetto part of the neighborhood!" And its true! Lol! Bro if I was any of these people I'd be too scared to leave the car parked outside because the next day the car would either get broken into or stolen! But if anything these cars look like they don't function like a car and is ONLY for show or display! 🎲
Moat reality shows are fake. About a decade ago, my sister auditioned for x factor but was told her bsckstory wasnt interesting enough so she didnt get it
Like I said under Sunny's video, sure it was fake, cause it's a show. And what did you expect from the show? It's like any other TV show. They are faking it for the purpose of the entertainment. Was it entertaining? Sure! But was it real? 100% NO! So yeah, even back then when I watched it on TV I knew that it was fake. How did I know it? Well, back in the days I remember to listen to one of the radio interviews, where some kind of producer, I don't remember his name, explained what TV show is. So yeah, I knew that TV shows are fake since then. Again, they are entertaining, but don't expect them to be real.
TBH Nate, you DO act like everything is scripted. Take the darkest videos on the internet. You knew almost every story and still acted shocked. And you NEVER give props to the camera guy!!! He stays so still.
I remember seeing this show on TV when I was kid. Every car they "pimped up" look like a giant hot wheels cars to me.
Of course this show was fake. What reality show isn’t?
One man one jar or two girls one cup, now that's reality for ya
Next I'm going to find out Fear Factor was fake
Maybe reality itself is
I was relieved to find out everyone on _Extreme Cheapskate’ is an actor.

Can y'all do MTV Cribs next? Redman real house and other celebrities having fake rented houses and cars?
Everyone instantly forgot about the European spin off with Lil Jon as the host.
damn I didn't remember that the cars looked that awful, my god. Perhaps because last time I saw the show I was a teen.
That teleprompter bit fuckin hilarious 😂

depends on what you mean by "fake" everything they did was real, but it was all just for looks.
I was about to say "DAMN
" but I strongly trust with Xizibit, because Xzibit has nothing to do with it

The key info is the percentage. Especially since the car owners basically got screwed over.
@@jp3813 So? How did people expected this show to be real anyway?
@@deathcold_longplaysua4846 Again, it's the percentage that's the key info. You think the car owners expected to be screwed over?
@@jp3813 I didn't expected anything. I just don't understand how people can believe that this show was real and now trying to expose it.
@@deathcold_longplaysua4846 Once again, the percentage is the key info. Hence, the car owners never expected to be screwed over.
