As I stated for part I, this is a very informative discussion. I hear what is being stated, my question is how then will this prop 1 be applied to ageism? The obvious discussion and topics aside, if this is allegedly about diversity and inclusion how then will it protect or include those who are dealing with discrimination due to age. Examples of that include hiring and promotion discrimination against individuals once they are seen as being older than the competition. Especially those that are more qualified (experience and education) than their younger counterparts.
