Lemon Dried Fig Loaf!!Juicy and Moist!!

- This lemon dried fig loaf is super juicy, moist,fresh and lemony.Figs gives this loaf extra flavor adding an almost candied, caramelized sweetness.

For the cake:
250g/2 cups flour
120g/8 tbsp sugar
150g/10 tbsp sour cream
100g/7 tbsp melted and cooled butter
4 medium eggs at room temperature
5g/1 tsp baking powder
1.25g/1/4 tsp salt
150g/9 dried figs cut in small pieces
Zest of 4 big lemons
For the syrup:
120ml/8 tbsp water
60ml/4 tbsp lemon juice
50g/1/4 cup sugar
