    Have you tryed to do so in spanish? Probably in a foreign language we can feel alienated enough to be confortable with mistakes

      I'd recommend taking the baby step of making a few videos where you're talking to camera that you know you won't be showing anyone. That'll help build up the initial confidence

    hmm... I'm not so sure I agree with this. Persons I've met who just blab on and on and on without looking to the group to tell how the words are landing I find actually boring and a chore to interact with. Listening is, in my opinion, absolutely the most crucial skill when it comes to good communication / good socialisation.
