Each has a use case. But one cable is most important to play and stop recording. You own a lightweight smooth video creation device! Just stabaloze and away u go!

Is the raven eye not compatible with this A7iv camera? I got the Ronin RS2 pro pack and I can’t get the raven eye to work to save my life. It shows video but won’t connect to both the gimbal and the raven eye, so force mobile is greyed out and won’t work 😢
It's the cables connection hookup or your settings on the camera.
Can you go from like 24 to 50mm with your zoomlens without having to recalibrate it?
I find the 20mm and less needs recalibration. But weight basically determine it. When your gimble shakes, it time to recalibrate. Don't worry, u can get quick at it!
Have you had any issues using the front dial on your DJI gimbal RSC2 when connected to your A7IV? I currently have my gimbal's front wheel set up to control aperture on my camera, but it hasn't been working well. Basically, if I want to rapidly change the aperture from low to high (or vice versa), the camera's settings change to accommodate, but then immediately jump back to what it was before I scrolled the dial. If I twist the dial slowly, then the aperture will change and stay changed. This isn't ideal for when changing light settings quickly. I have used this same gimbal on an A7Siii and A7iii without this issue so I was hoping you may know the answer. NOTE: I have updated the firmware on the gimbal so this shouldn't be the issue.
Everything so far works for me except the FOCUS wheel. That is my next project.
While taking panorama picture it is saying that shutter cable is disconnected. Possible task failure. What to do please help
Sounds like you are using the RavenEye. Refer to my other video on setting up RavenEye properly.
Thanks! One more thing, I was able to use the cable and record directly through Ronin, but I can't view the takes on the camera, an information appears that viewing is only allowed on the PC. So I need to unplug the cable to see the takes I made.

You might have to switch off the PC control option on your camera.

Same problem I am facing. Ronin record button working but can't see the clip which shot by camera display. 3 hours trying...and fed up. Have you sort it so please advise and help.
Its normal that Playback is not possible until the camera is connected with the Gimbal and in pc Mode?
Yes, there is a way to do it with the multi cable which I thought this video might help with, but no:/

That's a good question. But u don't need a cable. You can just connect camera to Sony Imaging app without cables.

Try a different cable. Some don't push the juice I've noticed.

Pretty great. Just learn basics to always calibrate it! I would not use massive lens on it or a monitor. Issue becomes holding it up for a long time. Gets heavy.
Your video is swapped left/right. Everything is backwards.
