@@kitana_kennedy Probably "First the dance, then the fest" (15:38). I just finished this tale and... What the hell was that???? Funny, but really escalated...
Ask childcare workers to give him more exercise time during the day to make him tired. Or you can bring him to the park before coming home. Use white noise when he sleeps.
ik this is a super old comment, but i just wanted to say that hungarian folk tales were the only thing that put ME (an autistic 12 yr old at the time) to sleep! theyre just so weirdly soothing lol, and the only thing that conked me out back then
Magic man in the forest: Here sir have a magic table and a fiddle to solve your problems and get back at your mean landlord. The entire rest of the story: **Hungarian Dance Party intensifies**
I dunno, some of them are pretty messed up by today's standards, like Szusza 😂But I simply adore them all the same, from the art style to the music to the narrator!
For those who dont understand Hungarian. At 53:02 the gate has a writing on it, it says This was made by the Magic Mill. An artifact with pride. And the artillery hat is just OP.
That one ending 46:22 was really quite the tale. Putting aside all the other questions... the ending implies he's getting the second daughter as well?!
The wise servant at the end of the story chooses not to marry, kept the gold and lived happily ever after. Some lessons are eternal and apply to modern times as well as past ones.
Be kind to all animals big and small. Be kind to all of man big or small and lastly never expect anything free, go and work when you are of age and you will live happily! Good 👍
I just have one question though. Since John turned into a pond and the devil drowned in the pond, what happened when John turned back into human form, did the devil become a part of him or?
It is interesting that the king in the tale with the poor man and his magic fiddle has two heads. Could it be a reference to Hungary having been part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire ?
I watched these fairy tails when I was a child. I very liked these, but when I growned older I thinked, oh the foregn languange people's dont understand these...and I watch now, it have an english transalte.Tell me, what cartoons and fairytailes, do children grow up with in other countries?
I’m American and we don’t get tales like this. We mostly get silly cartoons that don’t have lessons. Maybe SpongeBob or Dora the explorer. I watched those a lot as a kid. It’s a bit different for the younger generations now
16:06 the poor man wouldn't had had to hide if he didn't hide his sausage some much! And he'd definitely not be poor. Very rare I have pity on the impoverished characters with a village of children.
Oh I remember the Tammy Grimes versions that used to be on TH-cam!That’s the one on Long Ago and Far Away. The animation company blocked those versions, and later these tales were reintroduced with newer dubs. The original animation company may even have had trouble getting the rights to the nineties dub because of the other show. I have to admit,Tammy Grimes’ versions had a certain charm, and maybe a better writer.Maybe one day those dubs will be posted again.
Tammy Grimes was a famous stage and screen actress back in her day,and her unique voice is most familiar as Albert Mouse in that Night Before Christmas special. Also, she was Molly in the Last Unicorn, and Alfred’s girlfriend in Batman the Animated Series.
The characters in these stories have nothing to do with each other! 😅 a pin, a dog, a crayfish, an egg & a rooster??! Kudos to Hungarians for leading the world in diversity training 👏🏻👏🏼👏👏🏽👏🏾👏🏿🩷
The Contrary Wife and the Devil is not suitable for children in our time! for an old story, yes it's folk tale people enjoyed hearing this story but not in modern time animating how the devil entered the princesse and how the man looked at her and spreading her!!!!!!.really uncomfortable watching if you are a parent raising your children.
The thumbnail instantly made me think of Howl’s Moving Castle.
Sameeeee I was looking for this comment😭😂
I’m glad I’m not alone.
That's what made me click it! I thought Jack was a white haired girl!

Alright BUT THE PORIDGE ONE ESCALATED QUICKLY

Let’s appreciate the voice actor 😌
I love him too👏👏👏👏
Its beatifull
The original Hungarian narrator's voice is deeper, manlier, calmer. His voice is how I imagine Santa Claus's voice would sound like.
@@aaaaaa2206 now I wish I could have heard him too, even though these already make me so very happy
@@misspoopsy6336 Search in you tube for "magyar népmesék" and you will find these tales in hungarian language with the hungarian narrator.
Your stories never fail to put my son ( who has autism) to sleep as we watch together.
Never stop making contents.

The cultural richness of the stories is beautiful. I have it on at night before I turn in, and it helps me sleep.

Watched this during quarantine and I love how wholesome these are. Some really fun stories remind me of bedtime as a child.

The art in these animations is imaginative and beautiful. Thank you.
First the dance then the feast.
Moral of the story:
THE POOR MAN IS A MADLAD
I would do that too ngl
Jack crow remained a bachelor his whole life
I loooooooove these tales. I try to find tales from other cultures around the world. Thus far this and African tales are the best.

No, but it looks similar:)
The thumbnail looks like howls moving castle
I always expected a prince on a withe horse never even consideret a hog on a coc!!
What a splendid story 🐹💕
Jack crow is such a girly pop, love his fit😎
The story with the fiddle makes me think that the Hungarian government asked them to make some propaganda, and they decided to be silly with it.
Somehow I'm loving the nonsense stories more xDDD
Gotta feel bad for the devil having to deal with that woman lol
Great entertainment for all ages, especially the way every story is unique
Cool, If once I'd be chased I will just turn into a pond! 🤔
The violin with dancing is wicked! The pushed the kings into porridge to drown! Morbid
Ok but that scene where the king is basically petting jack is sooo cute!!! >_
Why is one of the kings 2 headed
It is interesting that the king in the tale with the poor man and his magic fiddle has two heads. Could it be a reference to Hungary having been part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire ?
