    if you cut the chicken breast into 2 or 3 thin slices(depending on size)
    you flatten, it gives a more uniform chalupa,

    YUM the only thing I don't have at the house is avocado. I once had an avocado dip at a Mexican restaurant and it tasted like pulverized iceberg lettuce. I'm tempted to fry that chicken in my cast iron skillet and pile all of the goodies on top and go to town with my knife and fork...Mmmm

    • @KnockoutKitchen
      @KnockoutKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The avocado sauce is good and all but I wouldn't dissuade yourself from making this cos you don't have avocado. Use sour cream anything you like and you're best kind. Let me know how they turn out Tina, or better yet send me a pic.

    Hey, how can I get the chicken to hold that shape without a deep fryer?

    • @KnockoutKitchen
      @KnockoutKitchen  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can do the same thing with a pot of or sear one side and fold that side in half so the cooled side is in the middle and then you can sear both sides of the uncooked chicken. If the inside is seared it won't stick together. Good luck! 😊

      Cristina N you could do it with a pot of oil but you need to be careful and have a thermometer So it doesn't go past 375 degrees. If you do that, be careful! 😊
