As a machinist, welder, and maintenance tech brother I enjoyed the intro with that grinder... I try to remember while doing a home project or job for a customer to put God first as he commands and make my paths straight... I dedicate it to our Father and his glory... While anything I've attempted to build or repair, it pales in comparison to anything our Father has built. Like Job, I was nowhere when our Father laid the foundations of the earth, I don't know how far the east is from the west, but I trust in our Lord...
I really enjoy your teaching and it has really helped me. I grew up in the independent pentecostal church and felt the calling to preach in my early 20s but as I began to pray and really study my Bible I began to see alot of things that I was taught was wrong and didn't line up with what I was reading in my Bible. I got very little help other than we just believe it this way and always have so don't question it basically. It took years to be happy as a Christian and not live under condemnation and fear of losing my salvation. God bless you and your family
@Pedro Ivan Sanchez don’t go catholic they have many false teachings and can lead you into idol worship. My wife was catholic, went through all the catechism and so forth. It didn’t take long to show her in the Bible where they were way off base and not Christians at all. Just find a non-denomination church , one that doesn’t teach prosperity or new age and you should be good. Pray about it and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you.
Scofield was my first Bible - back in the mid 80's and I had it for 13 yrs. before I ever opened it - it started falling apart quite a while back, but it brings back blessings when I remember those days after I met Jesus and it was my lifeline.
Wow so cool I just got my first Scofield made from lamb skin. I love it. I read through KJB and highlight the whole Bible and I give them away to new believers.
I love the Amplified version, it really has helped me to understand things in a more correct and contemporary (relevant to the time it was written) way according to the original languages of the scriptures. I do refer back to the King James and hold that as an authority, and I consider the Amplified version a study assistant for that.
I no longer go anywhere else than the kjv. If I don’t understand I do what mike says. I search the word. If I find I’m reading and I’m confused I beg God to show me. Now for some hard truth. 9999.99% of the time I don’t understand it’s because I love my sin. Thank you Jesus for saving me. God bless Mike’s family and friends. See you in the kingdom of God!
I agree with you. I grew up learning the King James Bible. I have read it cover to cover over 45 times. I have also read the NIV, NKJ, and passages from the living Bible. I felt that these were "Watered Down" versions. I was ridiculed for this belief but I believe that God and the Holy Spirit help me understand what I read. God bless you Michael!
@Coco Immanuel🌺 , The Holy Spirit can work through many translations. Understanding of God's word comes through the Holy Spirit not the King James Bible By itself. Is Same with many other translations. Some of the other translations seem watered down because you learned in the king James over and over. Be careful of falling into the Very judgmental and critical of others king James only trap.
Thank you for my minute of fame. I appreciate your efforts. I read every day and wouldn't have if I hadn't been led to do so . I retired a few years ago at 62 and the following year I got the urge to read. I read slow and am able to understand most or all of what I read in some cases. God I do believe led me through his Holy Sprit. to understand. I didn't read all the song. I went to the next scheduled chapter in my list of reads. Why is Enoch not in the Holy Bible? I won't go into my reason for saying what I did. I know God won't let me go the wrong way. I read and learn and know his word as not to lose my way to Christ Jesus. Thank you very much for caring about our souls.
Thank you for asking this question. It was an insightful question for which I had been looking to answer. Michael gave a wise, concise response. Thank you again.
Amen my brother keep preaching the truth ! Brothers and sisters need to listen to what your preaching my brother. Most brothers and sisters don’t quite understand that by leaving out just a single word can completely change the entire context of the scripture and it’s true meaning. I remember 3/4 decades ago when the Dead Sea Scrolls came to my local museum. So I took my King James and my Hebrew Bible which I read and study from. I was completely amazed ,that when I compared my bibles with the Dead Sea Scrolls that they were identical ! ! ! I also own the NIV bible which I found to be greatly inaccurate and now collects dust.
When God used his finger to write the Ten Commandments on the first set of tablets before Moses smashed them after seeing the Golden calf, what alphabet did God use and how was Moses literate enough to read them?
I think you are one of the most intuitive teachers iv ever discipled under. There is just one subject that I’m astonished you don’t realize; and that is the Biblical cosmology and earth that God describes. Remember the many rhetorical questions God asked Job? All those still apply. Please message me if you want to know what I’m really talking about. I doubt it will ever happen. But I believe the scriptures will really come alive even more once you see the truth.
One caution about online Bibles, some are starting to insert Westcott & Hort changes into the KJV text. For example, Matt 17:21 is italicized in some, suggesting it is not a part of the underlying Greek text, as well as many other phrases and words. Also, the Critical Text footnotes are making their way into online KJV Bibles. Thank you for your service!
i read a short book about 30 yrs. ago God the master mathematician, i think it was put out by Southwest church out of Oklahoma, very interesting to read for doubters of the KJV
Good points. People will just doubt the authority of God's word, even if they know the saving gospel. Knowing that, yet not believing in a perfect Bible will take some down.
Thank you Pastor Mike. I'd love to visit your church someday. I was under the misconception that the KJV was written by Greek/Hebrew/Aramaic scholars who were given the oldest manuscripts that could be found and their translation made the KJV. I was aware of some earlier English translations and I assumed they were done the same way. If anyone wants to lay eyes on the old manuscripts and Bibles, there is an amazing collection on public display in Orlando, called "The Holy Land Experience ". It's nearby the very large attractions.
Amen I really needed that. I work in DC the lion dens. Love you Michael for all you do. One day me and wife and kids are going to come and visit you and bring some homemade fishing rods I make for your grandchildren. I love Tennessee.

I checked out Dr. Jones ministry website and the website indicates he is living in Texas with his wife. Website updated April 2021. The website also states he’s working on a new book - Apples of Gold Collection.
What you are referring to (the Johanine Comma) didn’t appear in a manuscript until hundreds of years after the early church (around 1400 AD IIRC). NASB 95 version: in V. 6 you have Jesus, V. 7 you have the Spirit, and in V. 9 you have God and V10 you have “Son of God.” Can’t have a son without a father can you? “But they strip the Trinity out of all but the KJV.” No, they strip the errors out and make it more accurate. You have the Trinity all through the New Testament even in the utterly worthless paraphrases. I don’t know of a single version (good or bad) that doesn’t say John the Baptist saw the Spirit descend on Jesus at the same time the Father spoke. KJV onlyism is the error.
My wife reads a NEW king James bible (I like my old kjv). I was reading them side by side to see if it held up. I don't see anything wrong so far. I think we can all agree to throw out them NIVs...
Actually, I did not see the King James original version of the Holy Bible in our house. I saw in the church that my parents attended. I received a white King James original version of the Holy Bible at my 17th year high school graduation ceremony.
Maybe also Darby's Translation has 1 John 5:7 but since I haven't got myself a printed version of it so I can't say whether it has or has not for sure.

Jude 14-15 Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”
Look up the word "annotated" and "reference". You are not reading a translation of the Bible you are reading a interpretation of the Bible. That is not the word of God.
Mr. Pearl I truly enjoy your teachings. What is your opinion on the New American Standard Bible and the New American Standard Bible 1995? I use both because I like the way it reads, but I always wonder how accurate it is compared to the KJ? Thank you in advance.

You hear about these folks claiming the Bible is being supernaturally altered (maybe via CERN)? They point to words like college, couch, bottles instead of wineskins, unicorn, Easter, wolf instead of lion and the lamb, university, two or three instead of two or more, etc. They point to Amos 8:11 saying God revealed this would happen in the End Days. What are your thoughts Brother?
Hello, thank you for your question. We have submitted it to Michael Pearl, although, we can not guarantee an answer. One reason book Enoch is not in o/t is, it was written in 2nd century bc. And came after last prophet of Israel was Malachi, 5th century bc. The divine canon of Israel was already established.
Kent Hovind official on TH-cam has many discussions on this and show’s MANY problems with all the other translations while showing KJV is absolutely correct.
Hello! Thank you for your comment. Due to the high volume of questions and comments, we are unable to answer every question with the time and care required. Michael recommends Samuel Gipp's "The Answer Book" for this question, it is question #2 in the book and has a very detailed explanation on why Easter is correctly used in Acts 12:4 A short answer is a comment on your last question: David Goedker • 2 weeks ago If it didn't say Easter it would be incorrect. Verse 3 says, "Then were the days of unleavened bread" when Herod killed James. Unleavened bread came after passover. Easter was a pagan celebration that came after the passover at that particular time.Herod wanted to wait untile after the pagan holiday of Easter to put Peter to death.see Mt 26:27 and Exodus 12 for the timing of passover and Unleavened bread. Always trust God's Word KJV.
Great video! I don't want to assume things wrong with the number of people God created after Adam, and Eve. When Cain went to the east of Eden to the land of Nod that is the first mention of a wife who gave birth to Enoch. Cain built a city, and named the city after Enoch. This is the grey area where I am wondering if God created many people apart from one another in different area's of the lands, so that would find each other to marry, and expand? Maybe someone can set me straight on this issue. This question does not change my faith, but to understand instead of assuming. Yes I know what it means when I assume. lol
Mr. Pearl! I have a question, when the Bible says “heaven and earth will pass away but my words never will” is that a figure of speech or do you honk God may also be speaking about future things to come?
Hello! Thank you for your comment. Due to the high volume of questions and comments, we are unable to answer every question with the time and care required. However, Michael has a verse by verse teaching on the book of Matthew, the verse you are wanting explained is 24:35. Here is a link to his teaching of Matthew 24 th-cam.com/video/Ot6DsiHdGoc/w-d-xo.html
Revelation 20 and 21 speak on a new heaven and earth, and the destruction of heaven and earth in 2 Peter 3. As well as Jesus when He said "heaven and earth WILL pass away" I think if it was a figure do speech, He wouldn't have said '"will". That's what I think, I'm not as cleaver as Mike Pearl though. God bless you.
Hey Mike, should we throw the Geneva Bible out that’s what the pilgrims had with them? We disagree about this issue and that’s ok I think this is the only thing we have disagreed with so we’re doing pretty good lol. Thank you for your hard work.
Did you answer your own question? You asked then answered for him? The Geneva Bible is a good Bible translated from the same text of KJV the texts receptus. These are three reasons the Geneva is not practical. 1.Its an Olde English and you either have to know a word key so you what letters are changed like f,v,u,s and etc. It is it's own language you have to learn and Olde English writers didn't write words grammatical they wrote letters based on the sounds the words made. 2.Its expensive 3.If you don't want commentary by questionable men and instead you want the holy spirit to lead you from the word without the mouth of men. 4. If your not a scholar consuming a difficult language and retaining it is hard. Pros Good cross translator Interesting for study You get to read what men had to stay to start the reformation Has clearer translations then the KJV for certain scripture.
KJV Ecc 8:4 where the word of a king is, there is power and who may say unto him what doest thou? James is english for Joshua. So the KJV is King Joshua Bible. Who is Joshua in the Bible? Study to show thy self approved, rightly dividing the word. Using the ole 1611 black back 66
Hi Michael Jesus Christ called book of Enoch scripture in Matthew 22;29Jesus answered, “You are mistaken because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. 30 In the resurrection, people will neither marry nor be given in marriage. Instead, they will be like the angels in heaven. And this concept is mentioned only in book of Enoch. God Bless.

Happy Easter Everyone :)
just the king jaes? cause the valerian in spanish?
Awesome!!
If one wants a study bible which isn't a brick the scofield is a good option. But I agree there are better resources online.
Most conspiracies are true.. But you are right about the bible
I use The Dake 's Annotated Reference Study Bible. But I invite the Holy Spirit to interpret for me.
Look up the word "annotated" and "reference". You are not reading a translation of the Bible you are reading a interpretation of the Bible. That is not the word of God.
Kjv is 100% .... not many people believe the first page though
Amen....kjv
I love my nkjv
What was the Bible used by the Roman Catholic Church, was this very different.
I like my Geneva Bible...
Can you plz tell me what you use translate from greek
Dr. Peter Ruckman
Hahaha " I'm glad to hear that "
tell me what is the beam taken from your eyes teacher?
Mr. Pearl I truly enjoy your teachings. What is your opinion on the New American Standard Bible and the New American Standard Bible 1995? I use both because I like the way it reads, but I always wonder how accurate it is compared to the KJ? Thank you in advance.

Mike highly recommends a book called "Which Version is the Bible?" if you want a deeper study of the different versions of the bible.
My Bible is The way.
AMEN!!!
Didn’t watch this yet, but I’m so thankful for my trusty KJV Bible.
Michael and his wife, Debi, receive numerous questions every day and are not able to get to each with the time it would require.
What about cepher bible
Amen
How do we go about submitting a question for Micheal?
Hello! You can submit questions to Mike here: nogreaterjoy.org/contact-us/general-correspondence/
Hi, I asked you a few weeks ago this, why is 'Easter' (Acts 12) in the KJV? Thanks
Hello! Thank you for your comment. Due to the high volume of questions and comments, we are unable to answer every question with the time and care required. Michael recommends Samuel Gipp's "The Answer Book" for this question, it is question #2 in the book and has a very detailed explanation on why Easter is correctly used in Acts 12:4
A short answer is a comment on your last question:

If it didn't say Easter it would be incorrect.
Where do we submit Bible questions?
Thank you for your response. You can use our website, nogreaterjoy.org/contact-us/general-correspondence/ and submit a bible question from there.
As well as Jesus when He said "heaven and earth WILL pass away"
I think if it was a figure do speech, He wouldn't have said '"will".
2.Its expensive
3.If you don't want commentary by questionable men and instead you want the holy spirit to lead you from the word without the mouth of men.
4. If your not a scholar consuming a difficult language and retaining it is hard.
Pros
Good cross translator
Interesting for study
You get to read what men had to stay to start the reformation
Has clearer translations then the KJV for certain scripture.
There is errors in the Geneva.
I’m still stuck in the old ages. I am not as Technically advanced as you folks. I can’t even turn on a computer 💻. All day long Yahoo
KJV Ecc 8:4 where the word of a king is, there is power and who may say unto him what doest thou?
James is english for Joshua. So the KJV is King Joshua Bible. Who is Joshua in the Bible? Study to show thy self approved, rightly dividing the word. Using the ole 1611 black back 66
Joshua also means Jesus.
God Bless.
Hey! Does the bible teach that the earth is flat? I think it actually does and it concerns me a lot. Thank you for answering if you are willing to

@@thedoormichaelpearl Ok! Thank you!!
There are so many different opinions on the web based off of scripture it’s confusing! I trust Michael’s teachings and would also love for him to answer this question! Thanks you!
So are you saying The book of Enoch is not true and it did not happen. or it was just not inspired by God for him to write it?
Hello! Here are two videos Mike has made on Enoch and the apocrypha and why they are not in the Bible. th-cam.com/video/BGwWLXwBbcs/w-d-xo.html
th-cam.com/video/tbmSVe2GWyA/w-d-xo.html
Not a big deal but Jesus talking about Zacharias son of Barachais and Zechariah son of Jehoiada are two different people. But brother Pearl makes then out to be the same person. They are not the same people.
