Not sure if you did that quite right I believe the inner bearing should have went inside the hub first then drive the seal in. I would think you would have damaged the seal when you started to slide the hub over the spindle, pushing the bearing through it. Hope it works out for you.

even if it was oil under pressure it was not a problem and besides others, it is not my first bearing changed ✌️

What grease are you using
Special bearings for high temperature , this vaseline comes with truck bearings, it's for trucks .
I highly recommend you to try Royal Purple grease (I only use Royal Purple oils on my cars)
