Nice video THANK YOU why not change the U-Rings on the slave cylinder ? It has a u-ring with dimentions of : 18X24X4R or a (CFW N18-15) The cost of the U-ing is about 5 euros and also clean the main cylinder and change its two 13mm u-rings. You can find a repair kit (KTM 61002032000) from KTM (quite expensive aroud 71 euros) and use the 13 mm u-rings!

Salut, mulțumim pentru video! daca apare doar până se încălzește, eroarea Gearbox Faulty, și rămâne câteva secunde blocată în viteza 3 sau 5 , dar ocazional... îmi dezactivează și folosirea cruise control, dar după ce se încălzește motorul nu mai face asta... Poate fi necesar schimbul de ulei in cutie?

2 things I done and it fixed it I unclipped the disk put it back and then I saw the cables with the grey and black near the fan wires one was tiny bit loose I pushed it down and it worked now it's hard to notice it's not fully pushed in until I was taking it apart

How do you remove the fuel lines? In the video you just pulled them off. Pretty sure they have some type of locking mechanism and I can’t figure it out!

Such a pain to remove and put back on xD wtfff Edit : okay to put it back on super easy, take the small sensor that you disconnected to take it out (fuel gage system) put it back onto the pump, plug it back in. Position the pump in the tank and slowly and very gently bend the plastic piece by less than 1mm and itll go in like a glove ^^

This is not the correct way to do it. You’ve also used the incorrect fluid. You’ll ruin the system. You don’t burn a hole in the top to refill it. You also need to bleed the system using Diagbox. You haven’t touched any of the fluid inside the system. This is the reservoir bottle. This is a very tricky and dangerous procedure to do and you’re risking the complex manor of the EGS system.
