MoMa stands for Museum of Modern Art. I often don't understand the message, but I admire the artists' abilities and that it clearly means something to them. Thanks for another interesting video.
Amazing Carrizozo has artistic stuff like this. Google says the 2016 population was only 938. I grew up in a town of 5000 and it had nothing like this. Must be becoming an Artist Colony.
The small plant in the pot, I've always heard called Hen and Chicks. Easiest plant to care for, on the planet. They even survive my very brown and shriveled thumb.
Hi Rusty- Have you thought about carrying business cards with you to hand out to people like Moma. I think she would really get a kick out of seeing this video and knowing so many people are looking at her place. Also, I think it would help when you first encounter people so they don't think you are up to no good. Not to mention any individuals calling you a pervert. I think it would of been nice for you to smile and hand out your business card to that woman who called you that. She would of looked you up then apologized. Hell I don't know.
Hey Rusty, those rocks stacked up remind me of a guy Steve Tappan, yes he is related to the Tappan fortune. He walks around Ruidoso stacking rocks like that. I don't know if he is still around but if you see a guy walking around "Doso" wearing an army type jacket and a safari type hat it is probably "walking Steve" as the locals call him, very nice man and just minds his own business.
RE: Valley Del Sol. Looks like a tax lien opportunity. I made some good money buying tax liens in Colorado when some of the land fraud deals went down the tubes. Give them a couple years to mull their deals and what you offered the guy for his $9000 lot should buy ten of them. Talk about a fire sale.

just simple stuff: chicken, pork loin, sometimes I do a stew...easy!
Understood! My wife & I got an Instant Pot last Christmas. Easy & outstanding meals. My sense is an Instant Pot would be great for RVing!
