@Clayton Reynolds I am inclined to agree with you. It seems humans have tried to interpret Isaiah 11:2 in a way that forces it to fit patterns of seven elsewhere, and the Spirit is described as many other things in many places. Also, Isaiah 11 is about recognizing the Messiah in bringing repentance and comfort, and Revelation is about how the judgment at the end of this age is carried out. I would look for a description of the seven spirits in the seven churches, the three sets of seven judgments, and any other set of seven in Revelation before I began looking for it elsewhere.

You cannot include the spirit of the Lord as one of them. The reference is of a sevenfold spirit, therefore 7 spirits make up one spirit of the Lord. It's like saying there are 7 colours in the rainbow and counting the rainbow itself as one of the colours. Doesn't work mate.

I was reading Revelation and keep asking my self what are the seven Spirit of God. As I got to chapter 5 vs 12 after reading it. My spirit told me to count it: worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive: so i count
Power, Riches, Wisdom, strength, honour, glory, blessing.
I was literally reading that part of revelation just now and came to this video to educate myself before diving into further bible study

That's not even what Isaiah 11:2 says; the words grace, truth, life, son, glory don't even appear in the text.
Isaiah 11:21 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
V21 says the Spirit will rest upon him the following and what people are doing is adding the word spirit extra times into the text to create seven of them.
Notice the text doesn't say "the spirit of wisdom and the spirit of understanding"
the text instead says "the spirit of wisdom and understanding"
The words "spirit" only appears 4X in the text yet the preachers which teach this doctrine are saying "spirit" is used 7x. Because they go to Revelation 1 for example and read about the 7 spirits before the throne in Rev 1:4 and the pastors told us there was 7 spirits of God so problem solved.
But that's all wrong. The bible in Revelation 1 identifies 7 spirits before the throne, Hebrews 1:13-14 says angels are spirits, then Rev 1:20 talks about 7 angels of the 7 churches, then in Revelation 8:2 the seven angels are sounding seven trumpets.
But we have to throw all of that context out because a preacher took the word Spirit 4X decided he didn't want to believe the bible when Isaiah said Spirit 4X but instead wanted Spirit 7X in Isaiah 11:2 adding to the text, and then went to Revelation 1 and turned the angels of the seven churches into 7 pastors, and now nobody can understand what the bible says unless you go to a preacher and let him teach all this doctrine. Because if you just read the bible it's clear from Revelation the 7 spirits before the throne are the seven angels of the churches which sound the 7 trumpets.

When I read that passage in Isiah I'm left with 6. But I thought the spirit of Truth spoken of by Jesus himself would be number 7. Seems more likely than naming one of the 7 spirits of the the Lord, "the spirit of the Lord". Just my opinion.
The Septuagint has the 7th. It’s a spirit of piety.
I love this channel but this one was a little lacking. So are those 7 beings God Himself? Are they Sentient? If the Holy Spirit is One of the 7 Spirits, why don’t we know more about this?

Okay I never see someone twist Bible verses to match their narrative. And he didn't mention Zechariah 4:10 For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth. As you can see this verse is talking about seven individuals who saw, and rejoiced. So how seven spirits can be attributes?

However when He the Spirit of truth has come He will guide you into all truth for He will not speak on His own authority but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

Wrong. The seven spirits are not the Holy Spirit. That is stupid, demonic interpretation. The seven spirits of God are the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit, being filled in Christians sending out to all the earth by the seven churches thru the seven pastors.

You're wrong. How can a creation (Jesus) be equal to the creator (God) in your version of a Trinity? God is over ALL, not equal to anyone or anything. There is no trinity as you have defined it. God created Jesus just as he did Adam. Also, God gave Jesus all power in heaven and earth, but God is still God. There is only one creator (God) and one saviour (Jesus). God created all life and Jesus will save us from it. No man cometh to the Father but through Jesus. How is that equal?
