      @@wealthpotion thank you!! Admittedly, I’m putting together a video to upload to my freelancer profile but I hadn’t seriously considered sending it to a hiring manager. This is great confirmation that this is a good idea 😄

      @@BelArtist great idea, indeed! Personalizing a video takes longer, but will be that much more memorable. I love the idea of a generic video introduction for your freelancer profile / portfolio, though.

    Thank you Brandon for sharing this approach! I am excited to give this a try. Can I ask in what format did you send the videos out that makes it appear professional and legit? I worry that the person receiving a video from a stranger might be too suspicious and not proceed to watch.

      @@mengqiwu7242 great question. I recommend using a free chrome extension like Vidyard or Loom, or a free software like Zoom. I used Bidyard back in the day. Good luck!
