@@wealthpotion thank you!! Admittedly, I’m putting together a video to upload to my freelancer profile but I hadn’t seriously considered sending it to a hiring manager. This is great confirmation that this is a good idea 😄
@@BelArtist great idea, indeed! Personalizing a video takes longer, but will be that much more memorable. I love the idea of a generic video introduction for your freelancer profile / portfolio, though.
Thank you Brandon for sharing this approach! I am excited to give this a try. Can I ask in what format did you send the videos out that makes it appear professional and legit? I worry that the person receiving a video from a stranger might be too suspicious and not proceed to watch.
@@mengqiwu7242 great question. I recommend using a free chrome extension like Vidyard or Loom, or a free software like Zoom. I used Bidyard back in the day. Good luck!
this advice is actually so good and useful , excellent video
@@aarondas6543 appreciate you Aaron! New video on how to ace interviews will be coming soon 🙂
Thank you for this! I would love it to learn more about the interview process from your perspective. Thank you!
@@BelArtist done! I have a few other videos lined up but I will post my tips for the interview process soon 🙂 thanks for the request.

Does this apply to new grads ?
@@atharvakpatil absolutely. I think this is one of the best approaches you can take as a new grad.
