Thanks for sharing your notebook spirit. Allergies & heat can mess with our focus but I love that you are going back to your multi journal style🌈🦋💚

Right now in Zimbabwe, we are in the last 2 weeks or so of winter. It's cold in the mornings & evenings, but there's now some sunlight peeking through during the day. You can go about your day without warm clothes, but as soon as the sun starts to set, you better be bundled up. Great video as always🧡

Thank you for a calm video I was journaling along with you.
Check out ravelry for patterns. You can search for shawls then specify laceweight and difficulty. Shawls are soo fun to knit. I seem to always have one shawl project going on.😊 Lace patterns are addictive. Good luck Mits.

If you knit with two strands of lace weight yarn, it will be the equivalent to sock/fingering/4ply. If you have a winder you can wind it as two strands together.

Thank you for the video, Mits!! I am always looking forward to them🥰They are really relaxing. And you always inspire me to get rid of my inner boundaries/rules that I sometimes build for myself when it comes to journalling.

I loved this update. Hand-winding a skein of lace-weight yarn is impressive. It will be more fun when winter arrives. Not that I would ever want to dilute your journal content, but have you heard of Ravelry? Perhaps so, since you mention the market bag. May this oppressive heat and humidity leave soon!

Mits!!!! You have been missed. So good to hear your voice! I am so glad that you are able to take some time out for yourself to crochet/knit.

Kia Ora from a very rainy and wintery Aotearoa New Zealand! 👋🏻 (I’m with you, I hate hot humid summers. 🥵) I’m actually glad we’re in winter. 😆
Thank you for sharing your journaling process. I find it very inspiring. 😍

Good to see your updates, thanks for sharing! I totally understand about the heat, live in Nashville TN, and we've had temps in the 100F/37C and extremely humid. I'm ready for fall, it's been a long hot summer already. It does make it hard to really get things done. Hope the weather cools off for you soon!

Loved loved loved this video! These are my favorites! It's super hot where I live too (Ohio) I can't stand the heat. It makes me feel grumpy and lethargic. I love winter and snow! I had to look up what ponzo was-sounds yummy! I love okra but I've never had it raw mostly in gumbos and my mother in law fries it in cornmeal-not very healthy but so delicious!

I intend to knit again when it gets cooler here in the UK! Good call getting the ball winder! Love watching you journal. I watch when I am waking up as it makes me want to get out of bed and play with supplies.

Watching you while I knit a Merino shawl... even in 32*C! This is passion, and dedication 😄
Have you checked Ravelry for a laceweight shawl which appeals to you? A couple of my favourites are Alinda Wrap, Flower Market Shawl and Enji, but there are so many more!

It's not very cool in my part of Australia. we had a high of 18 celsius. Too warm for winter. Sorry to hear the heat and humidity is so rough in Tokyo.

Yay Mits that was fun! What are the pastel crayon things you used? You said but I cannot spell it! Do they ever rub colour off in the opposite pages?

Loved this video Mits! Sorry to hear you’re having a hard time with the heat and humidity. Tuesday is going to be hot here in Vancouver! Up to 36c! 🥵 I love that you’re getting into knitting! It’s something I’d like to try too. Courtney is a big inspiration when it comes to that xD hope you have cooler days ahead! 💜💜
