Thanks for the video, today i changed it with a fresh one, i think the previous owner never did that. When i was accelerating (mostly at low rpms) the car was juddering for months. I was really worried, changed MAF sensor, checked MAP sensor, intercooler, boost leak, fuel cap seal etcetc. But this one solved my problem. The old one was black tho. I uploaded a short about it. Thanks!!!
It'll do the same thing. Because cranking the engine will make the fuel, fill up the filter before it actually gets to the engine. So if you pre fill your fuel filter (when You don't have a prime pump) it will just save up a few cranking attempts.
Welcome! I'm writing because I have a problem with my Volkswagen Golf mk4 1.9 TDI the point is that from the moment I had it, the fuel gauge worked normally, but after 3-4 days it started to go crazy, then it started to zero at various intervals and after some time it showed the maximum fuel content, do you think I'm done? not yet! sometimes I even had to try to get the engine to start, it started the first time, sometimes after 2-3 times, but recently even after the 5th time! Can you explain to me what's going on here?
