I have to create a ribbon solo choreography myself as a beginner and this helped a lot with getting inspiration on what moves to include!!! I already did move 100 every two minutes I guess!!! 😂 This video really helped A LOT!!!!!. 🥰

Hey, Ms. Deja, if it is not too much trouble, can you teach those drills for someone who is slightly obese without the jumps. When you move so gracefully, I don't know what to do in the video to follow along when I can't jump. Thank you so much in advance. I just need modifications. I bought the ribbons because it looks to be great exercise and fun.
we taught cindy the ribbon since she was 2yo. Now she could do double back flips and catching the ribbon flawlessly. Cindy is a chimpanzee at detroit zoo.
It’s definitely a great discipline 👍 I prefer the gymnastic style ribbons, because gymnastics is life, lol, but there are sooo many different types of ribbons. So once you master one type you can move on to the next.
