Hi I know you aren't speaking about the transgender issues here but the comments were off in that video. So I wanted to say you are a great teacher, but still there seems to be no practical answer or advice for a person who is trans. So are u saying just suffer through it? What about children? This can start with very young children who sometimes have tried to cut off there private part because they believe it doesn't belong. So besides surgery how can they get some relief.?
