Also an important thing to note when you reach the part for which driver to chose to install if the next button isn't highlighted when you choose a driver to partition simply delete all the storage partitions till the ones you want to use are left the chose any of those from there,

I knew I met all of the minimum requirements for Windows 11, but for some reason, I was running into that "This PC can't run Windows 11" message and couldn't install. This video saved the day!
If this doesn't work then head to Computer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/Setup/MoSetup and create a new key dword value 32 bit and name it to DisableTPMorCPUcheck and set it value to 1 and if there isn't a folder named mosetup then right click and select new key and name it to Mosetup
For some users, even after exiting the registry changes, the issue may still persist. Here's what you need to do: After adding the two DWORD folders, exit the "Not compatible with this version" screen and try installing Windows 11 again. If it worked, you shouldn't see that screen again.

This is pretty cool finding a internal way to bypass security in order to install windows 11. Gotta admit, it’s ridiculous that I’ve actually waited months later to install windows 11 from being a windows 7 user because I had to by a better cpu processor chip and more memory just so my desktop can be compatible with a specific DAW and music gear. I never once thought I’d run into this kind of problem of not being able to install windows 11. Again, thanks a lot!
My computer has TPM 2.0 and I enabled it. Still had to do this to get a clean install on a new SSD I just bought. I remember doing something with windows 10 installer years ago to trick it to install windows 11 haha.

I followed all instructions, when You said to do Shift F10, it was hard to understand F10 and did nothing anyway on My PC. I used Admin command prompt and did everything, and it savedjust fine. When it didnt work the first time, I figured it was because of not restarting the PCor shutting down and starting again, I tried both and get the same You do not have secure boot or bla bla bla.... I really had high hopes as two PC shops have not been able to update my win10pro to 11pro. I bought a new win11pro dvd with new serial number.

Does this work when you have a 64 bit vs 32 bit as I noticed you selected 32 bit not 64 bit. Also once this is done will I be able to do the update via windows update versus reformatting everything and losing my current software install and desktop configuration in place. Thank you.
