Voldo wields Manas & Ayus. A pair of Katars from Vercci's collection that Vercci found when searching for Soul Edge.

I think here in Sc3 and Sc5 with the jester costumes Namco went in the right direction, afterall he is a dancer, contorsionist, i just hope in Sc8 they make another jester costume for him.
