    "Meal 6, it's the biggest meal of the day, it's the one where I sit down and I eat my wife, it's a very nice time." Thanks for the laugh Brian, that cracked me up bigtime.

    wow I thought I had a weird schedule haha! very interesting! So very glad to hear your health is still improving! I am trying to get more locally sourced food as well. right now it's just eggs and honey but now that Vermont winter is finally over i want to find some source of raw cow or goat milk to try out. The farmer's markets will be starting up again too so that should be a great way to find veggies and fruit.

    3 pukes a day is still too much, but way better than it was for a long time! Sounds like you've found a sweet groove to live your life in. Being close to nature and natural food is truly a blessing.

    Hey Brian. I still work as a police officer in europe (ordered one of your programs years ago). Thank you for everything you do.
    Diet and working out really got hard for me over the last months. I just feel so drained with two kids and shift working. I stick to 2 full body workouts per week. Thats all I can get in. Want to start with martial arts again in the near future, like kickboxing or MMA 1x week. Food is the biggest problem for me, I just eat too much sugar to get a little energy boost during the day.

    • @BrianAlsruheOfficial
      @BrianAlsruheOfficial  ปีที่แล้ว +11

      There is no secret man, I train the same way as everyone else does, I just haven’t slept, since I was literally like five years old when I had some pretty bad trauma. So it’s just how my life is always been. I don’t know anything different.

    • @X0rDuS
      @X0rDuS ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@BrianAlsruheOfficial isn't there a regeneration limit ? i have also bad sleep ( sleep apnea) and have that feeling that i need a minimum amount of stimulus in training but that stimulus is too high so i won´t recover for the next training...so i end up in that spiral that i keep doing less and less work but nothing seems to help to keep making progress ..

    Brian! I came back because of the “2 fish oil capsules with every meal” line of nutrition. That equals a LOT more than the packages say and Charles Polequin was also onto higher daily fish oil intake. WHY and WHAT are you looking to get from this?

    Brian I hold you personally responsible for me making way to much jerky at home. Mostly chicken and venison. There are tons of deer in Ohio. Beef is way to damn expensive. I wish I had the funds to go out west and take an elk which makes amazing jerky.... among other things.

    • @josedumit1221
      @josedumit1221 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I know I’m not Brian, but creatine it’s the most well-researched fitness related supplement in the market. We’re talking hundreds and hundreds of studies proving that it works, not only for physical performance, but mental as well. So yeah, it’s worth it. Only thing it’s that you gotta be consistent with it. If you stop taking it for more than a few days, the benefits vanish. It’s an everyday supplement.

      Why? It helps him gauge how his stomach will handle the rest of the meals. If you had a stomach condition that physically guarantees you throw up no matter what (which he does have), would you eat a full-balanced "real meal" first thing in the morning?

      @taomahNEGEV ปีที่แล้ว

      @@davidpoutine Takin the over processed super high GI/GL Protein Powder shake is one of best ways to develop IR, DT1 and DT2 in the long run. It is much healthier to take protein rich, unprocessed whole food instead. Full eggs, wild caught salmon, macrela , game meat, mussels, chicken, turkey but never protein shakes if you are health conscious.
