You both are so awesome. Thank you, thank you. It’s so calming to listen to you both when you’re having a meal and sharing your experiences and just being yourselves. I look forward to your videos. Makes me happy🌞Thank you. 💕
I love your channel! I have to say thank you jasmine for talking about being in group therapy. I feel like we still have a stigma around mental health and getting help. I think the more we bring it up, eventually it will get to a point where there isn’t a stigma around it. Again, thank you.
BabyBel was my favorite snack as a kid so I can’t wait to try the vegan version for the nostalgia factor alone! Glad to see vlogs from you again, always super fun to watch 😊
So glad to see you guys back! Your vlogs are great, make me feel like I’m just chilling catching up with some friends. Also thanks for being open about therapy, it took a lot for me to not feel anxious about being in therapy but when you talk about it as something useful and just a part of your day, it makes me feel less anxious about it. Have a great week ahead ❤️
I thought you might like some tips on the cycling shoe situation 🤣. To get your foot out of the clipped in pedal, you have to turn your heel outwards. The problem is not that the red triangle (called the cleat) isn't on straight. If you find your knees get sore while riding you can adjust the angle to alleviate that (look up cycling cleat set up). If the pedal is really hard to get out of you can adjust the spring tension. There should be a little hex key hole in the back part of the pedal which you can use to loosen it. You should check that out if you still struggle after learning the trick to clipping out :). Hope this helps! Happy riding!
I totally get wanting to preserve your grandma’s cookbook 💕 I photocopied my grandma’s recipe cards, put them together in a binder, and gave my cousins copies. It’s just a different vibe getting to see her notes in her own handwriting.
Sorry I can't recall the TH-camr to give him credit but regarding making broth, he first smothers his veggies in a watered down white miso paste and roasts them. Then he boils the roasted veg to condense. So good it just needs salt and is excellent straight, much less as a base for a recipe! I think his vid is titled The Best Vegan Broth Ever
Pro Tipp for the broth: if you put it in the glass hot (and put on a non-plastic lid) and let it cook upside down, it’s creating a natural vacuum and the broth keeps for about 4 weeks in the fridge 🥰
You honestly could laminate the recipe pages and cut them to the size and find a good size binder to put them in. Or even if you just find a smaller binder and inserts you can flatten out the pages with a hand towel and iron. It’s so great to keep such keepsakes! 💜
As a fairly new vegan - I found y’all & I watch Caitlin. Loved, loved, loved the part of the video where you showed us how to make homemade broth - so helpful! Would love more videos like that! Blessings & Hugs! 🧡🌻
I didn’t know kraft had a vegan mac! Recently found out I have a dairy allergy and surprisingly Daiya has been my favorite and I’ve tried em all. Will have to try Kraft and see if it’s better
@@rstar52 Honestly, the American slices are super good. They taste like the standard American cheese. The provolone is also super good and a bag of mozzarella shreds is always good to have on hand. They used to be terrible, but they released the cutting board style of cheeses and it is infinitely better!
Hi Jasmine & Chris, how are you guys, how was your weekend? I love watching your videos so much it always put me in a good mood. Who are your favs influencers to follow? What are your favs places to go to when you want to relax or to go eat whenever you travels anywhere? Sending you guys so much love and light!
Kendall does some great pop punk rides!!! Also Liz is the best, how nice of her to send you some Kraft mac and cheese! It's soooo good and probably the only thing we have going for us that no one else has haha
I would watch any of your videos anyways because I just love your personalities but I must say, the "babybel" in the title got me click a touch faster than usual. It was my absolute fave as a kid and although I have already seen some people try it, I am always curious to see what others think of it! It is not available where I live and probably won't be for a *loooong* time so for now I am just happy ton watch you enjoy/hate them for me ;P Also, so many amazing ideas in this video! Not only food-related but also in terms of self development, leisure time, sustainability or passions. I just love the content you decide to share with us! . Lots and lots of love! Have a wonderful end of the month guys! . P.S. I love the fact even your sponsor is an awesome company! All round great content
I was so surprised that my teapot is the same color as yours, it was a Christmas gift. I also throw all of my veggie scraps into the freezer to make stock with, I freeze it into smaller containers so that I can pull out just the right amount when I am making a recipe. I also did what you did with the recipes, I put all of our family favorites in one binder and all of my vegan recipes into another one, I used dividers and labeled them so that I could find things easier. Funny to see someone else doing the same types of things I do.
I went to a music festival with my son called Sad Summer Fest in 2019 and Wonder Years were supposed to be there, but weren’t able to make the Cali show as planned.
A fantastic chilli week in the life vlog of Chris & Jasmine. The food is awesome & yummy 😋. Love 🥰 this vlog and love 😍SSV & love 💕💞 Chris & Jasmine and the 🐕🐶.
Would love for you to make Koshari, the national dish of Egypt. Vegan by default and delicious! Tried it last year virtually exploring countries with my daughter.
i love this love this love this. 1. Jasmine - I have the EXACT same problem with one-on-one therapy. i've never tried group therapy but this makes me want to try it!!! 2. BAR HARBOR MAINE SHOUTOUT. (I'm from Maine and get irrationally happy whenever I see people wearing Maine things) 3. Wingspan is the best. I highly suggest getting the wooden wingspan kits on etsy so you can play with little real birds instead of tiny squares. 4. Babybel vegan cheese! AHHH!!!! Definitely going to have to try that :)
With covid and all the negativity in our world, I highly recommend therapy for anyone whether you think you need it or not. Jasmine, keep it up, girl. Sometimes things that have been buried come up and it can be troubling. But, work with the therapist and they will get you through your journey. I felt free of burdens that I had kept under wraps for years! You two are always #goals for me. I know for a fact you will eat healthier if you make stuff in bulk and have it ready when you need it. Snacks are where I go wrong. Have an awesome week guys!!
Well y'all are putting good things in your body late is Definitely amazing I love 💕💕 y'all vlogs amazingly beautiful and funny to me y'all are not boring love
Great Video. Congrats on the Peloton. I got one recently too and had so much trouble clipping out. There is a Peloton FB page the really helped me with this.
hopefully you see this comment (if not i’ll probably DM!) but maybe you could individually laminate the pages? you could give about an inch on each side and then have a kinkos/fed ex store help bind them!
I've never made Christmas lima beans, but I do cook a lot of Chickpeas, and black beans in the Instant Pot. I've never had to cook them for more than 5-10 minutes (soaked beans) per Instant Pot instructions. I wonder why it took so long for yours to cook.
Can you do a video on just how to use an instant pot, I have one and am seriously tempted to sell it because I am so bad at the math part of it. Also post your matcha recipes. I always loved the babybel cheese for snacks, wonder if it is in my stores.
Try following the IP instructions in the book that came with it for starters. Make some pinto or black beans, following the chart for times. It's a serious game changer!
So the babybel green part is vegan as well right? Cuz if i don't remember wrong the other red ones are made out of wax..? Im so excited i really want to try them the bring back so much childhood memories..i actually have a unique way to eat them..☺️
Do you soak all of your beans or just those specific ones? Whenever I make black beans I feel like I can never get it just right, so maybe soaking will help :)
OMG. Their jackets are sooo cute. Louie and Barry have the cutest jackets.
You are such a great couple. Jasmine always seems so considerate and sweet. Hubby is a great terrific guy imho!
You both are so awesome. Thank you, thank you. It’s so calming to listen to you both when you’re having a meal and sharing your experiences and just being yourselves. I look forward to your videos. Makes me happy🌞Thank you. 💕

You guys should make vegan Arabic food or Chinese, lysm
wow thank you so much for talking about group therapy, jasmine! i will definitely look into it 🥰
BabyBel was my favorite snack as a kid so I can’t wait to try the vegan version for the nostalgia factor alone! Glad to see vlogs from you again, always super fun to watch 😊
I love videos like this. Specifically when the doggies are around.
So glad to see you guys back! Your vlogs are great, make me feel like I’m just chilling catching up with some friends. So happy to see that you're posting again, this vlog really brightened up my week. I'm looking forward to your content for 2022!!
Missed your vlogs!! You guys will always be one of my favorites 😊💕 Have a wonderful week ahead everyone
That is so cool that you are preserving the cookbook! Have to say Chris’ haircut looks great!
Loved having you 2 back! Really enjoyed this weekly vlog🥰
Yay! I love vlogs from the both of you! Always so chill and a good time! 😁‼️💗🥲

Your vlogs are so comforting! Gonna try to recreate those bowls from the beginning, they look bomb!
You honestly could laminate the recipe pages and cut them to the size and find a good size binder to put them in. Or even if you just find a smaller binder and inserts you can flatten out the pages with a hand towel and iron. It’s so great to keep such keepsakes! 💜
I met Soupy a few years ago at a Fireworks concert (back when they played shows). nice dude!!
Love all these bowls you are making
I have my grandmas old cookbook too. Precious! It’s far from vegan but I love her notes 🥰 thanks for another fun video
This brightened my evening. Thanks a lot.

Just discovered your channel....can't wait to watch more. Your dog is sooo cute!
I just realized after watching your for the last year or so that you are Portland adjacent ... I'm in Portland and love seeing it through your eyes.
I enjoy your vlogs very much. It’s fun getting that small peak into others days. 🥰
I didn’t know kraft had a vegan mac! Recently found out I have a dairy allergy and surprisingly Daiya has been my favorite and I’ve tried em all. Will have to try Kraft and see if it’s better

It's soo funny when Chris was dramatically crying while chopping onions unlike Jasmine when she does it🤣

For anyone who has got the Kraft, I would add some extra pasta when you cook it to make the sauce go a longer way. It's v rich!
Fav peloton instructor is Cody😍
We love River Maiden, Thatcher’s Coffee, and Peets for coffee in Vancouver.
Loved this :) you sold me on knots springs! been meaning to go there for a long time
I enjoyed it. I like chill laid back videos.

Lots of fun. I so enjoy the pup-pups 🥰
I did enjoy the vlog, thank you. (And the puppies were adorable in their Boho hoodies)
OMG the baby riding in the console while your drinking coffee is the cutest. 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋 hi pop how baby.

Really fun vlog! Loved hanging with you. I LOVE that Wingspan game. Also, Cody Rigby’s classes are a lot of fun. His Britney Spears ride is a blast
I saw The Wonder Years just a few days ago! so good!
I went to a music festival with my son called Sad Summer Fest in 2019 and Wonder Years were supposed to be there, but weren’t able to make the Cali show as planned.

Put me down for vegan babybel! Great video, guys. Thank you for all you do.
Appreciate the therapy component 🌈✨
Ally Love is my all time fav peloton instructor! But she’s tough! For an easier and fun ride try Bradley!

I commented this before lol but YAY for the Bar Harbor sweatshirt! That's where I currently live. 🤗
Hey Jasmine, can you tell me how much matcha you are using? I am thinking of taking a whirl at it :) thanks!
ALDI’s vegan Mac is the closest to the OG Kraft imo!! sending love from the Midwest💛
Great Video. Congrats on the Peloton. I got one recently too and had so much trouble clipping out. There is a Peloton FB page the really helped me with this.
Where’d ya get the pups 🐶 ponchos? They are adorable 🥰

Great vlog 😊
New to the channel & just wanted to say your husband/ boyfriend is SO sweet!
Dayia mac and cheese is really good.
please tell me how you made those potatos!! they look amazing!
Loved the vlog!
Love you guys!
I need that sloppy joe recipe please!!
Can you make a video of how you mealprepped the lentil rice?
I tried some the Mexican vegan food recipes it was good I tried to get fiancee to tried, but hopefully he will he love Mexican food 🌮
What do you think is the best TVP brand?
I'd love a review from vegans on the Caraway pots and pans. Are they worth it?
hopefully you see this comment (if not i’ll probably DM!) but maybe you could individually laminate the pages? you could give about an inch on each side and then have a kinkos/fed ex store help bind them!
It blows my mind that there is a CHAIN of vegan Indian restaurants in and around Portland. (The Sudra)
Can you share the link for the pottery? The non-matcha matcha bowl is really pretty!
Thank you.
Will you post this sloppy Joe recipe? 😍 please let me know if it’s posted and I’m just not seeing it
i literally look for the vegan kraft dinner every time i go to the grocery store in soooooo sad i csnt find it
I've never made Christmas lima beans, but I do cook a lot of Chickpeas, and black beans in the Instant Pot. I've never had to cook them for more than 5-10 minutes (soaked beans) per Instant Pot instructions. I wonder why it took so long for yours to cook.
Cooking time for beans can depend on how old the beans are. If they've been sitting in the pantry for a while they'll probably take longer.
I give you guys total credit for eating as many left overs that you do. I'm terrible at leftovers unless it's pizza lol
Loved this video!
Which type/size of Ippodo Tea matcha were you using?
Omg…I love playing Spelling Bee on the NYT site.
I need the sloppy joes recipe, its not in the description. Looks so good
Can you do a video on just how to use an instant pot, I have one and am seriously tempted to sell it because I am so bad at the math part of it. Also post your matcha recipes. I always loved the babybel cheese for snacks, wonder if it is in my stores.

Where's the Sloppy Joe recipe?? Cute pups. Our Eugene Costco doesn't carry the Just Egg. ☹️
Louie at 30:50 like "I'm a model now, take it or leave it" hahaha
Jasmine can you link the therapy group class?
So the babybel green part is vegan as well right? Cuz if i don't remember wrong the other red ones are made out of wax..? Im so excited i really want to try them the bring back so much childhood memories..i actually have a unique way to eat them..☺️
spaghetti day rocks🍝🕺🎉
Excited about the vegan shoes
i love you guys
Do you still have to soak beans when you make them in the instapot?
No, they just cook faster if they're soaked.
Do you soak all of your beans or just those specific ones? Whenever I make black beans I feel like I can never get it just right, so maybe soaking will help :)
