I mean, every aftermarket exhaust installed in Switzerland needs a specific paper from the swiss importer. If there is no such paperwork, it won't be allowed for installation.
Every official swiss importer hands out a document to acknowledge that the exhaust in question meets the legal requirements on the car it's sold for. But only if it actually complies with the legal restrictions, of course. You can sell whatever you want to your customers, it doesn't have to be road legal, it's the customer's responsibility for whatever they put on their car.
