This guy said he has driven lots of good cars but he's still not able to use the manual gearbox... he never upshifts when he have to. So much guys make auto reviews and don't drive properly.
He might be nervous driving on the ring. His attention is more focused on the driving, and he might be insecure when to shift. If you overdo it, it's not hard to slip or drive of the track. You mistake carefulness with inexperience.
I observed same thing as well. He was also biased by condemning the RCZ R in the video, simply for being a French car. So just because a sticker/logo fell off a seat makes the car not very well made like he said? Did he bother to ask how it came off?

If i was him, Nurbugring + RCZ-R = best day ever!
Asetto Corsa can really help getting to know the layout of the track beforehand.
Met de Peu 107 over de Nürburgring gegaan. Was gaaf maar ook ontzettend opletten met als die andere auto zoals Porsches en R8'en.
Constant toerenbegrenzer? Niet bevorderlijk en totaal nodig bij een turbomotor....
Kun je voor dat geld niet ook een Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ kopen? Slechts 200~pk, maar wel achterwiel aandrijving en schijnt heerlijk te rijden.
De BRZ heb je zelfs al vanaf €28.000 tov de €40.000 van de RCZ R (in België althans).
Voor €40.000 heb je zelfs al een WRX STI (maar niet in Nederland door hun leuke taksen :p ).
Och nee in Nederland is het inderdaad pijn in de portemonnee als het gaat om onzuinige auto's. Mijn voorkeur zou uitgaan naar een BRZ. Lijkt me een leukere auto qua rij-eigenschappen.

Wel jammer dat er geen uitvoering is met 4WD

Lijkt me ubervet met een leeggesloopte Civic EG met K20A en een 6 bak semi automaat.
0:24 en bedankt...... zullen de verzekeraars leuk vinden deze opmerking onhandige Harry.... tis een openbare tolweg.
