I've got the 2019 1500 high country had it for almost 3 or 4 years and I love it only drove it a handful of times so its still brand new a couple thousand miles and not been in extreme weather it's basically brand new so hopefully I can trade it in for the next gens new body style or just get a corvette. Either way my truck is the only one like it I see little to none in Atlanta area on the road. So I might keep it for a classic since it's so uncommon to see in traffic all stock from chevy still with low miles and great condition. It sound like amazing as well 4x4 V8 5.3L shortbox full cab with so much interior space, outlets, front and back seat heaters, auto cruise function, cameras everywhere and a HUD before everyone else started getting them and a 2 way rearview mirror that can be switched between a screen or mirror for review. And it feels bigger than any other 1500, or 150 for a fact. Well have a good day yall and America drives Chevy!
Just a quick info, this isn't am Alisson transmission. It's an Alison BRANDED transmission. Basically chevy put there own transmission and made alisson to do the software in order for them to put the the Alisson emblem (by doing that they'll attract more buyers since Alisson makes good transmissions. They got sued for it too...
The Allison's of the past are not real built Allison transmission the real Ally's are in the medium duty trucks and Chevy's alliance with International of the Silverado medium duty 4500 and up trucks. But still a industrial robust gearbox for HD type work
Nice ute (truck). Having young children, i prefer that interior than fancier stuff. Also, it being a ute (truck), it would get used for that, a work vehicle. Just a pitty we can't get the chev range of vehicles in right hand drive for here in New Zealand
When I got my Ram I looked at a Chevy 2500 High Country, I just couldn't see spending that kind of money for such a dated interior, still felt like I was still driving my '15 Chevy, and its been the same even before that. Chevy is WAY overdue for an interior refresh. I will say the bed and bumper steps that Chevy has are nice, I do mis those.
Truck’s pay for themselves, not finding a real truck (diesel 3/4-1 ton) for under 70k now days even base models. And you’re not finding a house for anywhere near 80k in this market
Chevy needs to pull their heads out of their rear ends and update their interiors big time. The outside of the truck is gorgeous… I do love the brown leather, but the dash and infotainment center is just a disappointment. 🤦🏽♂️
Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. Had that issue with Dodge. My 2011 Ram 68000 mikes 3 and a half years old had the paint bubbling and rust on rear wheel wells. 5 year 100000 miles warranty on paint and corrosion. They refused to honor warranty. So I had it fixed and went back to GM. No issues getting warranty service done.
@@obedcasillas3404 I had an '08 Ram with the Cummins and it was the worst truck I have ever owned. 13 times in the shop in 2 years. I bought a Chevy 2500HD Duramax and its by far the best truck I have ever owned. I've had all three.
