    I'd love to see a 2024 version of this video focusign on bootstrapped growth. Like, how do you grow a team using presales etc.

      👍 this was all bootstrapping as well. But noted.

    *To a large extent, the more you remove you from your business, the more you grow your business.*

    This is a fantastic video! I make a lot of content that is about how creators grow through their business(es) as well - pumped to see others making stuff in the same space. :)

    brother i am working 80+ hour work weeks making aprox 3k a week all on my lonesome. im going to follow your advice, and hope to be a big company in 2023. god bless.

      Start by by building something that doesn’t take 80 hours a week. It takes a long time to build something big. Don’t pressure yourself to do it all in a year.

    Do you think it’s possible to implement a DWY model in the trades? Plumber, Trim Carpenter, Handyman

      I’m not familiar with that market so I’m not really sure.

    Hey what if you grow a team in the DFY stage?

      Can you ask a more specific question?
      What do you mean?

    Nothing that was said was any help i would like to start scaling, hiring people & find out how much to pay an employee

    • @gregoryjhickman
      @gregoryjhickman  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry to hear that. Sounds like you’re more in growth stage vs scale phase if we’re not sure how much to pay people.
      I cover those topics in previous videos.

    No real tactical advice just “thoughtful” advice
    Which all entrepreneurs now a days offer mindful advice instead of tactical advice

      These are strategic moves. Many of which have made us and clients a lot of income and afforded us a lot of freedoms.
      Best of luck.
