Love the going narrower concept. Doing it right now. Plus you get the absolute best clients to work with and typically best results. Only Alex can explain this so succinctly and effectively.

"If you increase the quality of your customer, you increase the quality of your company." Fantastic quote! We couldn't agree more, which is why we put so much emphasis on treating the customer right and doing everything we can to improve their business, which in turn helps ours. Another thing to keep in mind when looking to scale your business is to make sure you are using technology to automate processes and help you operate as efficiently as possible. This will free up your time, ensuring you have bandwidth to focus on the important elements in this video.

I appreciate that little addition to your incentive for creating free content like this (being to help people grow their business to 100 mil Rev so they can then become your 'client'). Actually makes sense and reinforces your business model does not revolve around social media revenue streams only like many fake channels.

    Thanks, Alex.
First, I'd like to mention that around 7:30 you mention stuff about not going to broad too soon, cause we'd be competing against vertical players (with their "vertical model" upsides) reinforces why kinda niching down can be a good play at first. Actually, I'm starting out my ads marketing agency, and decided to select an avatar with more edge after reading $100M Offers, and seeing more and more of your content.
I'll make myself present around here. Hope to share some good news in a couple years.

Man…. You hit me hard at the end of the video. I do not believe it’s for everyone. I spend most nights filled with stress and worry. I genuinely am excited for the future, but I’m aware what ever future I create, will be filled with different fears and concerns. That’s what being a man means to me though.

I believe going up market and eventually growing broader is the best scale for me. I want to help other businesses grow. Taking small, startup businesses and building their customer base. Having a niche market to target, then growing towards working with more than one kind of business.

My business model is such that scaling has to come with broadening for any exponential growth expectations and I was feeling awful about broadening possibly due to my past failures but this video puts that to rest. You have impacted me the most this year! 🎉❤

Currently experience this with my real estate coaching - going super niche teaching commercial multifamily underwriting to get into larger deals. I'm gonna do the customer survey and figure out exactly how they found me, why they like the program, how I could improve and reverse engineer the whole thing to attract that specific type of customer! Love the value you provide Mozi!

I think frameworks are very important to getting results from a-z in any business or just simply life in general. The avatar is simply just a dream customer who you can build the frameworks and the business around. For example if I was looking to get my body in shape I would figure out my avatars and take the frameworks they use and build off their principals to create my very own and then start scaling my own business.

This is just a marketing and sales video. I was searching for a scaling video. Specifically, as I hire more people, they take more and more of my time to manage. We got stuck when I ran out of time. I'm looking for pointers on how to develop a middle management layer where I can have other employees augment the time that I have. That is the bottlenect to our scaling. Every time I develop middle managers they fail. How can I clone my own skills and have a middle manager help me scale?

00:00 There are five ways to scale any business.
01:32 5 ways to expand a niche business
03:12 Inconsistent customers make it hard to build a recurring revenue business in this market.
04:47 Scaling by moving to adjacent markets
06:24 Going broader can help scale up faster, but may sacrifice depth of nuance and increase competition.
08:00 Going narrower can increase the quality of prospects and make more money.
09:33 Narrowing your target audience can increase profits and efficiency.
11:10 Narrowing down your target audience can increase profits
