I’ve been watching and learning from your videos for awhile now. Idk how I only decided to subscribe to you today. Love all the content you put out so far.
Im getting back into boxing seriously after a long hiatus of 10+ years and i find myself approaching sparring very differently than when i was younger. Im older now and i cant afford to go all out and face the risk of catching a concussion because i wanted to go toe to toe. I was looking for tips to be more methodical and yours are exactly what i was looking for. Im stilll nervous to spar but at least now i feel better equipped. Thank you man. Liked and subscribed.
Welcome back to the sport man! That’s smart of you to find new look at sparring as a training method. I would recommend to start with light sparring first to gain some confidence since you mentioned that you are a bit nervous. And thank you for the feedback
Love your videos I wanted to spend this summer learning how to box where should I start and how can I find my style. I enjoy eastern European boxing and I would love to learn more. Keep making these awesome video I’m learning a lot!
When training for a fight , do you think sparring should be done before or after training? I've heard both but my personal thoughts is before so you can concentrate more and your not already tired getting in the ring for the first round.

I prefer before most of the times. But sometimes it’s good to practice after to feel how it goes when you’re tired

Can one win a ameture match by knockout
It depends on your punching power and technique but dont risk your match for a knockout
