I love seeing these videos with you guys branching out to different cuisines outside of Asian food, they're always so interesting. Also panettone is DELICIOUS. It needs to become more popular in the US.

Guys, I'm British Chinese, my mum is very partial to a good panettone, it appeals to the Chinese palate with the dry peel, similar to that used in many Chinese cakes, snacks and pastries.

It cracks me up when you try to pronounce "sfogliatella". As a matter of fact, it isn't a very easy word to pronounce for a non-italian speaker. Nice to see how my culture evolved in the US over the decades. As an Italian I consider italian-american food as a culture itself (although it's similar) but I do really like it. Unfortunately you tried a version of the panettone (typical Italian Christmas dessert) which is manufactured industrially, an artisanal one would taste 10x better. An interesting fact about "gabagool": in Italy it's not even called "capicol" this word derives from southern Italian dialects and would sound slightly different, it is normally called "coppa" in northern Italy or "capocollo" in southern Italy.
Edit: for reference of real panettone, search for "Fiasconaro panettone", sicilian artisanal version, considered one of the best, if not the best, in Italy. Unfortunately I think they have only italian language on their website.

I loved this coz I love food and you fellas are entertaining and offer access to places, frankly I can only dream about right now, much appreciated... Another reason is my great love for the sandwich, sandweeech, etc. My first memorable made sandwich was a classic ham n Swiss grinder out of Groton, CT... It was mindblowing, everything thinly sliced and dressed to a tee, ie, oil- vinegar- herbs... thee best ever. My go to is primarily the Italian, the entire combination of the sweet, the salty, the fatty, the acidic, the crunch of that amazing hero bread, it's a beautiful marriage of flavor. I looove the proper pizza, I elevate the sanguiche to that step above all others, it's my dream meal, every time. The Italian meats and cheese(s), o/v, herbs, peppers, etc... never forget about the beautiful bread preferably with seeds, equally fabulous without, the vessel stands to support the beauty, every time. With ✌❤🌿🌻🍀🤗
