This is what happens when 3 best friends since childhood get together, have a few drinks and decide to tape a song together. 😂❤. The off tune singing is a competition they had from years ago to see who could do it longest. Mitch sang “ Your Power” from a rooftop during Covid that is beyond spectacular and beautiful. Definitely the first solo you should listen to from him.
Oh gosh. They make me laugh.😂 I hope you watch a Superfruit video called Ghost Hunting. I cry laugh! Mitch solo .. Find You, Agony, Billy Eilish cover of Your Power, Machine and fan made video to his song Love Supply! Excited to see what you choose! ❤
Mitch - Graveyard, Find You (on Evan Duffy's channel), Your Power Messer - Machine, Love Supply, Leather, Agony, Velvet, Angels Pray, Gasoline Tears, Roses, The Boy in the Pictures, Oblivion, Ready2Die (Jimmy Edgar's channel) and Halfway which is released in three days. Most of the Messer stuff has visualisers which I find difficult to watch due to the way they are filmed but the songs are all amazing
Your Power with Mitch is amazing, try to make sure you get the version with the piano music. But also I Love the song Love Supply with the fan video by Messer Street Team!
They also did one with "Wicked" songs that is amazing I've watched this dozens of times and still crack up every time. I love their music, but I sincerely love them as human beings - they are people I would love to hang out with - "The Tin Can Challenge" is one video that always cracks me up - but any of them are worth watching. Obviously they were so much younger, and have grown up since filming them, but I am grateful that these videos still exist for our genuine delight.
I’m so glad you have found they can make you laugh as well as cry! Mitch did a fabulous cover a Billie Eilish song (the name escapes me, I’ll add it - Your Power), and his Messer project is a more personal expression for him. Try Machine from Messer. Superfruit’s Partner Yoga is a non-musical hoot, and any song from their original Future Friends album is excellent. Try Guy.Exe, Imaginary Parties and Vacation. Deny U and Goodbye from Lonely are more atmospheric. Keep ‘em coming, I enjoy your Pentatonix-related reactions very much. Peace …
I binge watched their channel at least three times during the pandemic (I was furloughed from my job). Between them and PTX they really helped me get through a rough time. I will always be grateful.
During the SuperFruit era, Scott and Mitch were living together. And Kirstie is their oldest and still their best friend. So one evening they invited Kirstie over to their place for a relaxing evening, just three old friends unwinding together after a long day. For them, as it does for many people, this meant starting with a few drinks. Which turned into several drinks. Being who they are, it was a given that at some point there would be singing, and it's a bad idea to annoy the neighbors, so apparently Mitch and Scott had thought ahead and booked the studio and made sure there would be someone to record. Because you're right, this was recorded in a studio, with a very good mic, and someone was holding the camera. I believe the background music was a karaoke tape, but I could be wrong. Incidentally, all three of them have confirmed that they continued drinking cocktails between takes. Kirstie is 5'4" tall and Mitch is 5'11", which is why he had to bend over for Kirstie to throw her hair over his shoulders. That is NOT a good position for singing; it makes it hard to take deep breaths and properly support the diaphragm. Yet Mitch's solo in that position was perfect. 🤩 I love Mitch's use of a white towell to substitute for Elsa's glove. The blonde wig puts in an appearance in several SuperFruit videos; she was practically a character in her own right. Mitch's recovery from his fit of the giggles was remarkably fast. Note that either Kirstie or Mitch would do an excellent job voicing princesses for Disney (not that they'd have time to take it on).
Several Superfruit things you should hear. Empire medley, anti medley ( Rhianna album) , hip hop goes Broadway 1 and 2 It you haven’t seen these two do Defying gravity from wicked it’s a must do
I'm guessing Mitch didn't start "having a few" until after most of the video was shot, because he REALLY seems to be taking things a lot more seriously than his companions. He doesn't break at all in the first scene, and only breaks a time or two when he was getting confettied to emulate snowfall during the big Let It Go song. It's good to see in the bloopers that he apparently caught up with Scott and Kirstie in the end! And wouldn't Kirstie make a great Disney Princess singing voice?
Most of the Superfruit videos are funny, but only some have music. I definitely watch them when I need a laugh. For Mitch’s solo (Messer), I alway think “Machine” is a good place to start. Superfruit that are musical and funny Hip Hop goes Broadway 1 and 2, Defying Gravity, and Guy.exe (this is from their album).
Thank you for reacting to this fun Superfruit video. They have a lot of great content for you to explore and react to when you get the chance. Some of my favorites are: "Defying Gravity", "Pop Goes Broadway", "Deny You", "Hurry Up", "Feeling Myself" and vlogs: "99 ways to ditch your date", "Ripping our faces off", "Look What came in the mail", "I'm Uncomfortable", "101 ways to ditch your friends", "75 amazing pickup lines", "The Katylogs". "Reacting to old performances", "Halloween Aftermath and Q&A" and "Ghost Hunting".
Loved watching you laugh to this one. I'm sure we were all laughing right along with you. I'm late to this, but if no one else has recommended it, I seriously suggest you watching and listening to Mitch's cover of Billie Eilish's "Your Power." It's mesmerizing.
I miss Superfruit so much. I have watched every episode multiple times. If you are interested in watching any of their episodes that don't have singing but absolutely will make you laugh check out Ghost Hunting. Scott was having so much fun making Mitch uncomfortable. Love your reactions. Peace and joy to you.
Mitch released 'Halfway' today, under his Messer alter ego. It is amazing, he sounds so good and he wrote it himself and co-produced it too. No visualiser or video yet, but it is on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. He's released 3 others recently, Oblivion, Velvet and Agony which do have visualisers on TH-cam. They are all fantastic, he's been releasing stuff as Messer for a little while but I think he's really hit his stride with these recent 4 releases.
Watching this one is always an instant mood improver!! The hilarity is enough to make you LITERALLY "roll on floor laughing"?! Btw, alcohol was def involved in this! Request - from Scott's new EP, Parallel - "Four" official video, and also Pentatonix' new single " I Rise". It's epic!!
It is amazing how good they can all sing while trying not to laugh. Messer - Angels Pray and Agony are my favorites. Note Mitch doesn’t look like Mitch in his Messer songs. Whatever you pick will be great. Always excited for your Monday reactions
I have watched this at least 20 times, but *you* made it fresh and new again! I was laughing along with you! That ratty blond wig makes another appearance in Superfruit's "Defying Gravity" from Wicked.
They are so goofy and cute ❤Messer songs are amazing, but I would start with his covers: "The Power" and "Find you" (with Evan Duffy), which shows Mitch's lower range and amazing piano arrangement by Evan ❤
It's hard to choose a Messer song, he put out three in a row recently that are all so good, and there is another coming out in a few days. Honestly just throw a dart at the wall, they are all really cool and so different from other things we hear from him. Also Ready2Die by Jimmy Edgar featuring Messer as the vocalist is a song I am obsessed with.
There is a video that talks about Pentatonix voices - Kevin has the highest voice according to the Group. You may want to look at it also. thanks again
SuperFruit: • "99 Ways To Ditch Your Date" (No singing, but hilarious) • "GUY.EXE" (No blooper reel; it's an official video for one of their "Future Friends" albums.) Mitch's current personal channel: youtube.com/@MesserWeb There's another SuperFruit video that's very important, and not even a tiny bit funny. In 2016, after the massacre at Pulse (a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida) Scott and Mitch got together with three other singers who are also members of the LGBTQ+ community and recorded a powerful cover of Katy Perry's "Rise" as a response. Ben Bram played the piano for them. The other three singers are Brian Justin Crum, Mario Jose, and Mary Lambert. Be sure to read the full description, where they dedicate the song.
Oh, and Superfruit "Rise"!❤️

Seconded that Your Power is "the bees knees" as the Brits used to say and definitely should be watched first.
Yes, Your Power by Mitch is so beautiful!!

Yes. His tribute to Billie Ellish. “Your power “. is so beautiful It’s breathtaking
I agree Mitch singing Your Power is so touching
Congratulations that You recognized Kirsties hair right at the beginning.
Please watch Superfruits "Hip-Hop goes Broadway 1 + 2" and "Defying Gravity"
This is like they’re at a slumber party being ridiculous with their talent + a bit buzzed and I LOVE IT 💕🤘💕🤘💕🤘💕
Another Superfruit you must see is Defying Gravity. They're both great, but Mitch is unbelievable.
they have a similar video on their channel which is the la la land medley. It also has kirstin and is also very funny to watch.
yes!
Three best friends get tipsy and are nutty except that they sing like angels
Oh gosh. They make me laugh.😂 I hope you watch a Superfruit video called Ghost Hunting. I cry laugh! Mitch solo .. Find You, Agony, Billy Eilish cover of Your Power, Machine and fan made video to his song Love Supply! Excited to see what you choose! ❤

They seem like they would be SO much fun to hang out with! 💛
@@CarmenReactsThey are very humble & down to earth. Just regular people (who happen to be the best a capella band in the world!💜)
I binged so much Superfruit when I found that channel - it makes me laugh hysterically and honestly who doesn’t need more of that in their life?!
I’m so glad you have found they can make you laugh as well as cry! Such a good Superfruit video! My favorite is their video of Guy.exe. and next favorite is Rise with Mario Jose, Mary Lambert and Brian Justin Crum.
Agreed, those are both exceptional!
"Let it Go," lead by Mitch was included on one of their first Christmas albums, no laughing included.
I binge watched their channel at least three times during the pandemic (I was furloughed from my job). Between them and PTX they really helped me get through a rough time. I will always be grateful.
I did too. It lifted me up so many times. Superfruit is a priceless gem of nutty, love friendship, talent and always makes you feel bettter
@@bonnieflynn4798 Definitely 🍓
Such a perfect video! Serious talent, but no serious people to be seen, haha! I adore it!
Mitch's cover of Billie Eillish's Your Power is incredible!

So much fun! I often watch Superfruit when I need a lift! I’d definitely recommend Mitch covering Your Power. It’s breathtaking.

The whole thing was done in one shot though. He was definitely more sober than Scott though LOL
The Freestyle Rap Challenge Would really make you laugh because when I watched it it really made my day 😂

For Mitch I love his song OBLIVION. He sings under the name Messer.
Mitch’s cover of Zedd’s Find You, accompanied by Evan Duffy on piano, and his cover of Billie Eilish’s Your Power are two amazing videos.
I miss Superfruit so much. I have watched every episode multiple times. If you are interested in watching any of their episodes that don't have singing but absolutely will make you laugh check out Ghost Hunting. Scott was having so much fun making Mitch uncomfortable. Brought to you courtesy of Alcohol! LOL Still, out of this world singing! Super cute reaction!

She's already done Four. Love the song and Carmen's reaction.

Mitch solo .. he also goes by Messer .. Machine

It's funny to hear the slightly out of tune piano under Mitch's perfect singing...love this video!!

Recommend their video of Guy.exe.
For a Mitch solo I'd suggest his cover of, "Your Power" by Billie Eilish.
