Sounds like left channel is getting more effect than the right channel, there's something off here, treble on the left increase when you engage it on 4:50
Hey bro that piano melody got me floating man, sick demo, looking to get this. Mainly for tracking fairly fast rap vocals and for that glue and warmth to mix bus/mastering. This or the Distressor what you reckon?
Hey thanks! I'll go for this! you have lot of different style of compressors that are similar to the distressor, maybe not as complete as the distressor, but the saturation and warnth you can get with this is a super plus for me. and this is stereo :)

Idk if you realize but the camera/camera mic is much closer to the left speaker
@@josiahscottquinn the recorded sound is not coming from speakers at all
the input and the output knobs are not linkable, maybe thats why.
that bass guitar tone at 4:50 is fantastic.
Thanks, it’s an amazing funky band!
Superb unit add équalizer on sidechain is the key
Yes, and patch a potentiometer to the insert jack to set the Threshold...no need to drive it so hard to dig down anymore :)

Would you recommend one of these, or 2 Distressors?
This for sure for mastering!!
Distressor is more versatile as compressor only in mixing.
i think the fatso sounds better
Best mastering processor....out there....!!!! blows all others away...for $2500 nice
Are you sure? It loses some detail and soundstage depth, I think it would be okay for single instruments or groups...
Uhhh, okay if you want a lo-fi master, i guess.
its strengths are generally for channel and 2-bus, m8
