Vedic Astrology is 100% true science. Ancient Indian sages were great scientist. For example NASA could only tell in 1952 about exact cycle of planets of our solar system.
But 5000 year old ancient vedic astrology text describe exact cycle of planets Amazing!

Great interview, nicely paced - lots of good info. Mr. Braha's books are a really great place to start when learning Jyotish, so its nice to see him talking about his experiences in India and astrology in general.

Amazing video but I'd like to point out about the caste system. Originally it was flexible , as you said it wasn't supposed to be ' if you're born a Brahman, you die a Brahman' rather they were occupations. Till the age of 25, one goes through brahmacharya or schooling, basically learning all the skills required to settle in life. Once brahmacharya is completed, the person enters gruhastha, meaning he's ready to settle down, take up a job, marry and start a family. Its at this stage he gets alloted into one of the 4 varnas or occupation ( Brahman-scholar, kshatriya-warrior, vaishya- merchant/businessman, shudra- labourer).
Varnas are flexible and a child born to a kshatriya doesn't automatically become a kshatriya, unlike today's caste system. Today's caste system doesn't hold the basic vedic principles and how it came into place has a lot to do with invasions and other historical events
As the video was about vedic astrology, I just wanted to point out that caste influence is incorrect.

47-50... isn't that also Ketu Maturation? Saturn in my 8th almost killed me, but then Jupiter rewarded me with some essential help in 2020, when the two of them were in my 8th.

In astrology in India Most famous way to see the characters by looking at line on hand Palm . In modern science DMIT test which proves these line links with human mind and nature.

If you know a little bit about 'Quantum Entanglement' it helps you understand how the planets are "influencing" your being. The ancient sages figured out a way to look into person's DNA just by looking up at the sky at the time and place where the person took birth. As above, so below. That's the biological and psychological aspect of Vedic astrology. Predictive astrology, however, is tricky in the sense that no astrologers can predict with 100% certainty if you are going to carry and use an umbrella if the weather forecast tells you it's going to rain today. There will be rain but what are you going to do about it? That's astrology.

So i have a technical question. In the chinese birth timing (Ba Zi) we have to translate the time of birth to local Chinese time (where the book was published). Do we need to do the same for Vedic Astrology, ie.. convert the birth time to Indian local time?

    • @vinamrasinghai2339
      @vinamrasinghai2339 3 ปีที่แล้ว

Yes. but in reality, you need to provide Gregorian calendar date and time as the location will take care of that. So time should be Chinese time only - GMT + 8 hours.

    Half knowledge means nothing.
May be you are looking in it with your biased prejudices.
There are remedies, there are predictions.
As other sciences, astrology also has the chance to be improved.
Also beside science astrology is an art of interpretations with the help of permutations and combinations.
Now a days it's pretty easy with the help of computerized calculations and softwares where already has the scientific calculative systems.
Now you have to study and go Deep to understand the astrology.
    Many a things are parapsychological.
It's a different Science with different results via using a different level of consciousness

Many events are pre destined, so are many circumstances and framework of life but also the fact that it varies for person to person....as person had it's own unique set of deeds and misdeeds from previous birth.
