    Several years ago I bought a set of James' books from Amazon. I indeed like his way of presenting astrology lessons, very clear and easy to understand. Now I've been all a lang following James' presentations on many video postings. His heart is widely opened, and very candid in admitting the mistakes and on things he doesn't know. Because of these characters, I love listening to him.

    The most fascinating aspect of this interview was the way Anuradhaji was listening and smiling in curiosity like a child while the great man was teaching.....
    Thankyou to both of you...

    I went to Varanasi with a friend and it so happened that we found an excellent Bhrigu astrologer. He did not do a Bhrigu reading but said a few things and some insanely accurate details about the past. His final words were one sentence. Since then I have not felt the need to get a reading done except once from someone who has an alternate view on things....

    I have the Saturn & Jupiter both retrograde in virgo in 4H, that "always sadness in the heart" part is spot on.

    And seeing the degrees inside the chart still only helps so much vis-a-vis our sweet quintiles and sour semi-squares...

    Dear James/Anuradha, thanks for the wonderful video. Was wondering what would be the importance of Bhava chalit chart with respect to the current discussion, Bhava chalit charts can present a different picture of planets their association with other planets (conjunction aspects and association with other planets while overlooking the rashi planets) and the houses planets occupy.
    People can be placed in certain sign however due to they degree placement they might be influencing adjacent houses. Any inputs on bhava chart would be highly appreciated.

    Madam, what would happen if saturn aspects lagna as a lagna lord with same degree

    • @jamesbrahaastrology
      @jamesbrahaastrology 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If Saturn hits the ascendant TO THE DEGREE, th confidence will be very harmed. There will be more of the high qualities of saturn (humility, responsibility, etc) but confidence will be VERY hurt. If it hits within 2- 4 degrees of ascndant degree.

  • @riskytravel

    Very nice video James braha sir and anuradha mam. i have a query about degrees of exaltation for example if a planet say saturn is at 29 degrees of Capricorn near about to the degree where mars gets exalted and this saturm aspects its 10th drishti to mars in libra at 28 degree does this aspect will prosper mars or not similarly one more example moon in revati at 27 degree aspects venus in hasta at 22 degree will it make venus prosper or not i awaits for your kind knowledge into it.

    • @jamesbrahaastrology
      @jamesbrahaastrology 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As best as I can understand your question the degree of Saturn is irrelevant. All that matters for MARS is if it is NEAR the 28th degree of Capricorn. Or if MARS aspects near the 28th degree of Capricorn.

    I have listened to some of Mr. Braha's interviews now and I know that he goes back and forth between Vedic and Western principles, so I'm wondering, when doing Vedic analysis, does he use a tropical or sidereal zodiac, and if that latter, which ayanamsa? Thank you.

    • @adorableonyourvanity
      @adorableonyourvanity 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Albatrosspro pretty sure he uses sidereal. You can confirm it with running a chart he has used here and comparing. Sorry for butting in.

    • @jamesbrahaastrology
      @jamesbrahaastrology 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I would have to understand what you mean by going back and forth with western and Hindu. I do NOT mix the systems. i use what I find WORKS in practice - no matter where the knowledge comes from. But I don't mix systems. Therefore, I would NEVER EVER EVER use the typical zodiac for Hindu/Vedic. That is one of the most absurd things happening today with some astrologers. India has used the sidereal zodiac for thousands of years and suddenly we are going to change that???? Crazy. I use LAHIRI, and I think Krishnamurti (which is EXTREMELY close to Lahiri) is also a good ayanamsa. But Lahiri works better for me.
