Love all of your videos. Please don’t stop teaching. I’m learning daVinci coming from Final Cut Pro. You are doing so well!

Hello very helpful video! My bmpcc 4k bugged HDMI menu and I don't know how to fix it, also I cant send my camera to Blackmagic because I have so much work ahead. Is there by any chance that you have a preset file with HDMI status text ON? It'll be a huge favor and very kind of you if you can send me one!

I’m sorry I don’t fully understand your question.

@@FilmResolved I have a lens with a strong vignette, so I make a preset on the color page of with a little zoom then I save it. Now I want to put it on my bmpcc4k as preset or as luts (I tried to export a luts with size change but it doesn't work). Do you know where I can find that preset file and import as you shown in you tutorial?

What preset file are you referring to? I can’t tell you where something is on your system. In short, a post production scale won’t translate with a LUT which is why that didn’t work. And that won’t work with a camera preset either. Cropping out the vignette is something you’ll have to do in post every time. You could see if the 80% or 90% frame guides on the camera helps judge this while shooting but the real solution is to get a better lens. I am curious, what lens is this that’s not able to cover the MFT sensor?

@@FilmResolved I never change the preset location file in my system but I don't know where could it be. I tried to find it on the Resolve manual but with bad luck.
The lens is a Angenieux 17-68mm (C-Mount with a MFT adapter) but it a 16mm anf the BMPCC4k sensor is not big enough so it shown vignette. I know that there is saved area option in BM camera but I prefer to watch the real frame in live if is possible.
Anyway, thanks for trying to help me!

I have no idea if this would work but would using a power window set to the area you want, and crushing all the info down to black on the outside of that window work? Not sure if power windows translate to LUTs either.

I've done everything up until the presets folder part, that folder simply doesnt exist after exporting it on my camera, even after numerous tries. Anybody else ran into this problem?
