- Ingredients:
6 frozen quails
3 Tbsps vegetarian oyster mushroom sauce
2 Tbsps hoisin sauce
4 Tbsps Kikkoman less sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced shallot
2 Tbsps minced garlic
1 tsp five spice powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsps sugar
1/3 cup cooking rice wine (Michiu)
3 cups vegetable oil (for deep fry)
Dipping sauce:
salt
black pepper
chili
lime/lemon

I don't know but using high heat had turn them to charcoal
