No one compares to you all in table styling especially your selection/positioning of books - it is a clear give-away of very elevated design. So thoughtful to have the kids corner!

Had to find your youtube clip as you described the 'dirty' kitchen. In Australia and England (and probably a lot of other countries) we call the dirty kitchen a 'butler's pantry' as this use to be where the butler would do the prep so it wasnt seen in the main kitchen.

Ok number one tip you shared that I learned the hard way is: Everything can't be a moment but every room/space should ha e a moment. Yass! We accidentally made more than one thing a moment in our kitchen and it could seem overwhelming because there's a lot to look at with a tuxedo kitchen and a spotlight backsplash. We should have scaled back on the backsplash
This might be one of my favorite project from you guys- I've watched this video several times. On my fifth watch I'm starting to get the vision you had for that flooring in the whole kitchen! Hope you get to do that somewhere else 🙂

I'm borrowing lots of ideas from this video :) Also as i'm watching more of this video, I am currently thinking the same for my primary suite, post bed but also having an issue with where to plave TV/Dresser. Now noticing that the window is the main focal point and off centered is the TV and Dresser combo. I truly had a concern if I were to do that as well but I see here and it plays out so well and beautifully with the drapes and window.
I need to scale this down to about 2000sq ft. Love kitchen, living room and primary bath ....oh ya and the pool area. Exquiste ladies. I'm in Canada, but building this spring, so love your ideas.
