👩🌾👍 You are most welcome! These are the most versatile, hardy, prolific AND DELICIOUS squash I have ever grown! I cut them into slices, tossed them in a little bit of olive oil, topped them with Parmesan cheese, & my family couldn’t get enough of them! 😋 My husband DOES NOT like squash, but says these taste like potatoes. 🥔 Have you grown them in your garden?
First! Thank you for a great tip. Vine borers are the worse, hard to get rid of. Old Alabama Gardener had a video about using tin foil around the stem. Where do we get these seeds? Thanks. 😀🌱🐢
👍 You are most welcome! The tromboncino squash are truly AMAZING! I got my seeds from Baker Creek Heirloom seeds. Good luck and thanks for watching! 👩🌾🥒
@@GrowingwithGlenna no but I've battled squash bugs on regular summer squash. Vine borers are actually eggs layed by moths that hatch and drill into squash
@@KevinHillier-ru5pp 👍 I have never been able to grow summer squash mature enough for bugs. The tromboncino is so versatile that I just grow it. 🥒 We only use natural pest deterrents, so it’s an interesting battle with tomato 🍅 bugs.
Thanks for sharing about this squash.🌼
