A quick run through how to register an online service for the vag group, anyone can register to log the service and its free to get an account. You need to pay for one hours online time and the (8euro) you can claim it back later

Hi, great video. One question, are all the Erwin systems connected from Audi, Seat, Skoda and VW? If I have an Audi and I have a login for the Seat Erwin system, will I be able to create a service record? Thanks

Very good tutorial but how do you claim back the 8 euros and do you have to be VAT registered?I can see you filling something in at 4:00 minutes but the screenshot is too blurred to make it out.

Jon Gilbert to claim it back you just email the support team with the vin and they send it to you. You don't need to be vat registered and joe bloggs can do it.
