I've heard about intermittent fasting and vaguely considered it until now.i want to learn more about it. Strongly thinking about committing from September 1 to January 1st. I've got to days to learn what I can and think about a somewhat schedule that I want to commit to. I'm a truck driver and my schedule is... Well I don't really have one.
Hey John, yes could definitely try it! You don’t have to stick to strict eating during your eating window and that’s the great part about it! It really gives your body a good boost! 🙏🏼😃

I start in the morning. I'm thinking to record from today and check my progress every week and post the results at the end on January 1st. The biggest struggle is boredom. This video is so informative. I never understood what intermittent fasting is. You broke it down so nice! I am going to try it. Does black coffee count? I like to have a cup of decaf when I decompress in my very favorite fall mug. 🍁🎃🤎🫶
