Direct foam from can i finish shaving in max 10-15 mins but with inspiration of this joy shaving i started using vicco turmeric shave cream, hazamat shave soap, pink woolf sandal shave soap with brush lathering and straight razor my shaving time easily takes 20-25 mins but closeness smooth shave is the byproduct and shaving has become more intresting and my neck area is clean now with no nicks and ingrown hairs

Ideally, the title should have been my favorite 10 shaving soaps. That way you could share your likes without having the pressure to rank them. The oceanic soap by Pink Woolf has an excellent aroma. However, it left my skin dry post the shave The challenge with using soaps for shaving is that they last for a very long time. If anyone likes One type of soap, the next purchase would most probably be the same brand. I am going to try theSeabuck soap next hopefully it will give me a moisturized post shave experience. i have purchased shaving soap with shaving brush through snapdeal brush was well packed... but ? soap was not packed in any cover.. it was just in a transprent skinny plastic sheet and soap was broken from a side.. may be due to couriier and unsafe packing.. Is not possible to supply in plastic box ? packing of soap was disappointed for me.. for shaving brush no isssue...
I guess you have purchased refill soap bar. you must be quite careful while purchasing shaving soaps because there are refillable soaps are available apart from the one with container box.

Hello !. Iam doing wet shaving since 2014 . At that time i couldnt find a single Indian youtube video about that !. I have coarse facial hair and had tried all multiblade razors ( i had imported a Gillette Fusion in 2008 ( 5 years before its india launch ) when i entered into MBBS ( and being an Army medical college , you had to shave everyday ! )but it tugged too much. i found Nick Shaves and Mantic59 vids on net in 2014 and ordered my first retro razor , an Edwin Jagger DE89 lbl and Taylor of Old Bond Street English Luxury shave cream and Arko Shave soap and iam hooked since then ! i get BBS shaves with no tug ! . I currently use Proraso Red , Tabac , Mitchells Wool Fat , D.R Harris Arlington soaps on rotation with Merkur 37c Slant ( i find it more efficient than EJ for thick beard ) and Viking's Blade Crusader butterfly razor with Gillette 7o' clock black blades . Its very nice to see fellow indians indulging in this beautiful habit !. i wish you the best of luck !.

Pink Woolf are my favourite also. Only the order is different. Oceanic Blue ranks highest for me, then Sandalwood and then Seabuckthorn

Depends on the usage, even if we shave daily, it should easily last 6 months, but it also depends on how a soap is made

One could you use shaving soaps in weekend only as it takes time and effort. Hard for those who go to office or college daily to avoid being late.
Why these soaps are quite costly compared to creams
