Almost every local Goonda is a Builders (looks to be cool profession). No stamp duty in redevlopment in place of your old flat, only if and if you buy extra sq ft then you have to pay example if you had an flat had 650 sqft now builder gives you 800 sqft you need no stamp duty but if you buy extra example 100 sqft 200 sqft to make 800 sq ft to 1000sq ft then you have to pay stamp duty on extra purchase 100-200 sq ft

We are facing the same situation in our CHS wherein corrupt Managing Committee had entered in DA without giving any offer letter, floor plan etc. We 8 out of 20 members are opposing to the corrupt developer but none of the MHADA officials are listening to us. Can you suggest a Good lowyer who will not be bought by the bulider to save our CHS. We 3 are Senior Citizens who are finding difficult to spend lot of money from our pensions.
