Yes that is one of her high points BUT the detectives were making valid points. He said/She said does NOT hold up in court. Until they found out about the drugging they didn't have a single patch of ground to stand on during trial.

I interview both victims and criminals for a living. If someone won't even acknowledge the possibility that a woman would lie about being raped, they are way too biased. You can acknowledge that possibility without "victim blaming."

There are people who do this for attention, chaos, power and some who lie to protect their reputation. I have seen women BALL their eyes out using this and when found out the facts DOUBTED DOWN tryin to find a weak link somewhere to sympathize with her. She stated she was drunk, Stabler stated so was the guy and she said, so does that excuse him. That is putting different weighting on the people involved. If it does not excuse him, it does not excuse her.
