Nice haul! Those are some great varieties, and crazy how many citrandarin types. Best of luck with them all! Ten°Tangerine is definitely a good one to have too - I got it growing up in the DC area zone 7b - and it’s quite tough
Awesome man, keep us posted! I only light protect my Ten°Tangerine if it gets extremely cold…low/mid teens or lower, but leave it unprotected low 20s high teens. This was it first winter and its been doing good
Wishing you lots of luck with those! I think Dunstan will do well in your area - our small graft survived New York zone 7a/7b winter easily and looks great. Our seedling Dunstan plants are also very healthy and vigorous.
Thanks. I have swingle and they seem very hardy so I hope some of the other citrumelo like Dunstan will do good and I hear they taste better then swingle too.
@@sweethomealabamahomestead4504 Yes definitely, when they were picked 90% ripe Dunstan had very good flavor similar to pummelo, grapefruit and lemon I think. It's great for how hardy it is!
Oh man, I wish the citremon were a little fresher but hopefully you atleast got some seeds. Glad they made it and I’m really looking forward to seeing how everything grows for ya 💪🍊
Very nice seed haul. I'm in Zone7b Southern Virginia. I wonder if those trees would live in my area🤔 I would love to grow some 🍊 tfs
With some protection you can can. I'm growing some right now here in zone 7.
@@sweethomealabamahomestead4504 I may give it a shot one day 👍🏼

I know, so many citrandarin, I'm trying to get as many as I can to test cold hardness and taste on them. Do you protect your Ten°Tangerine?
