I missed the OSSC videos I’ve been in the US Navy Boot Camp for the past two and a half months so it’s funny the first video I see is a reaction to US military workouts
The hardest thing these guys do? Is sticking with their workouts. I played football all through High School and the workouts were insane!! I couldnt wait for the season to end just to get a break. But than the guilt sets in....and the knowledge that you'll have to work even harder next season if you dont keep up your gains.
I was having a bad day, but I'm really happy that this channel dropped a new video. This one is definitely fun and their amazement brings me joy as always and as biased as I am, I'm happy that MJ is back!
I dont understand a word of Korean, but I love listening to them. I wonder if I learned Korean, that I would still enjoy hearing them. They are all so sweet !
Fun Video!! I live the girls reactions, especially the one playing with her hair, we kniw what that means - lol. I am not in good shape but a big guy and a USMC Veteran. When I visited the Philippines to visit my wifes family everyone would stare. I would smile and wave and they always responded with a smile and a wave. They simply shocked to see how big American men are. I am 6 foot and 240 pounds and my wife is 5 foot and 98 pounds - imagine us holding hands walking down the street or shopping in the store. When she would greet me at the arport I would hug and lift her off the ground with one arm, all the old ladies loved it.
These are guys on the upper end of the scale, but yeah, people do work out that hard. The barbells that they thought was Styrofoam probably run close to half anyone of the girls' bodyweight. But they do that more for control of the balance than for building muscle.
When you weigh as much or more than any two of any of these beautiful ladies combined! Also many things seen here are called bodyweight-calisthenics..Only the own body weight, as for the others with weights that is called weighted exercise/body building.. When you see a lot of weight added it’s called powerlifting! And no it’s not only military that does this, there are many who do one or more of these type exercises who are not in any military anywhere around the world! And even though I do not see her here, give my love too Cha-cha, I luved her challenge too Conner McGregor. And in all seriousness, I would luv it if He took her challenge seriously as a professional fighter giving a most basic boxer/mma girl a chance too fight him! I would like most if Cha-cha met her idol of McGregor in a sparring type match. She would learn soo much from him!
Have you heard of Lt Ken Rhee? Look him up. Korean special forces, went through the American Navy Seal training, and now works as a military consultant (merc for hire basically). Dudes straight up a badass and he has some videos around!
Guy in 4:42 and 7:03 onwards isn't in the US military, he's a Greek ex-marine and is now a fitness influencer. You can see the Greek flag on his shirt too lol
@@sarumadaki i get that but he's still military hardly a big deal yes the title implies all are US military but I can see how it might get missed. Even that it was the same soldier in the first of his clips he's just in sweats hardly advertising not US military & the later clip where he does have a shirt on & it has the greek flag I can see were people would miss the split second the flag is even shown or remember that this was the same guy as 4 minutes earlier. My point was not to make Gray into Grey or vis versa over nothing.
That’s why I believe in the military they train your body and mind to be able to carry a lot of weight for very long distances over training you to be the size of these guys.
This is not true what so ever. The first one is coachblue and he is a reservist.. this is not the epitome of an active duty service member. Being a soldier myself I can attest that many soldiers are out of shape and fat.
At the end of the video they should’ve had a couple of the military men standing behind the girls to surprise them just to see what their reaction would be now that would’ve been funny lol.
show them the video of the guy doing a push up with (what looks like D) batteries and then other people showing them up (single arm push ups on a nail)
Weird, our resume says otherwise, current conflict shows even our new tech can barely make a dent, the only success we had was giving numbers, and they are dropping way too fast for our comfort. Our Patriots only managed to shoot down less than 15 su34 in 2 freakin years, Russia has 150+ of them, even the su25 we shot down with Stingers in Afghanistan that is no longer in Russia production are still freakin flying. 3 losses and 1 win war against 3rd world countries, 6 losses and 2 win conflicts against 3rd world countries, if Russia wins, it would be 7th. 3 wins and 9 losses is a resume of the most powerful military in the world? 1 out of 4? After ww2, Russia only lost 1, and that's debatable as it wasn't even a full war with only Russians in Afghanistan, it was Soviet Union with mostly ground troops aren't from Russia but eastern soviet union such as Tajikistanand Uzbekistan. They did lose in the first war against Chechens but a very sound victory in the 2nd one. UK and France lost all conflicts they participated.
When I was at my peak fitness in my 20s I could have done maybe 2 or 3 of these things. The rope challenge is something we all did in Hich School gym though and almost everybody was able to do it. I did it with no legs by the time I was 17. So that is not so impressive. Everything else is crazy and I would never have been able to do it
I have a video suggestion for you Can you guys make these girls react to metal music (heavy, thrash, death metal etc) As a metal fan myself I would love to see their reaction to it especially heavier forms of metal
You should try doing Tyson squats. That’ll murder your legs and hips if you overdo it, not to mention shut your kidneys down. Had that happen to someone I knew. He was in the hospital for weeks because of it.
Please react to 90s american cartoons like xmen, batman, spiderman, ironman, men in black, beavis and butthead, neverending story, casper, captain planet, etc.

The best soldiers and Marines are the ones in top CARDIO shape and lean.Alot of these guys today are focusing on big muscles.Lean and Superior Cardio helps units perform single envelopements to gain fire superiority to destroy the enemy's will to fight
The tires on his back is horrible. Its proven to separate the spine. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS!!!! Your back is your strength this is why when someone calls another spine less it means submissive. Please protect yourself and dont ruin your body for clout.
Idk if you should get that big when your in the military just because when it comes to weight your not just carrying like 80 pounds of gear your also having to carry your body weight as well so unless you have amazing endurance and can travel fast and not get exhausted after the first couple miles then your ok.

I did navy Boot Camp 40 years ago in Orlando, Florida. Thanks for your service brother.
Congratulations on graduations. I was there at Great Lakes in the fall of 1997.

SUMNIDAAAAAAA thats the most common word youll hear if you watch korean tv shows lol.
Winee is so beautiful and is the OSSC sweetheart. Love her
Always good to get a new OSSC video. It would be fun to see the ladies try to do these workouts.
"Can you do anything in the videos?"
"Hold the camera." 😂

First one was not standard training he's just being a showoff
I mean if I could do that I would show off too.
he's a famous influencer. He's a reservist though so I don't get why he always wears the uniform for being a weekend warrior.
These guys are super impressive ❤❤❤
Many of them are no US, For example the one at 5:56 is Greek army. The one at 7:12 as well, you can literalli see the flag on his shirt
Y’all should make more just you guys like we don’t wanna see nobody else but y’all please damn😂
MJ❤

I'm US Army and I can confirm......Hell nah I can't do this =))
My brother is in the army right now he lives in Texas but he's in Poland
80 kilo? When I was an American soldier at the age of 24 I weight 105 kilo. I was considered fairly average.

Im betting the humidity was a little higher in the studio than normal a day.
OSSC should react to U.S. Firefighters Workout
show them the video of the guy doing a push up with (what looks like D) batteries and then other people showing them up (single arm push ups on a nail)

Why are these not the official US Army recruitment videos?
Because we have to be lgbtqsrtsklmnp community now. In 20 years the force might be full of transgenders then get taken over by china
Because a bunch of them arent even US Army lmao
