Bowser's kingdom large jump. It's easy, just roll to the side, turn diagonally, then just sit back while still holding the joystick, and once you need to, do the cap dive.

Between the pro-skip and the normal way, I think the normal way would be faster. But, I think the pro-skip is more impressive than the lava jump.
